order new bed sheets, we did not use the blankets or pillows. One of the worst stays I’ve ever been in

Cons:

The Room was disgusting. Blankets had stains and cigarette burn. Bed sheets had crumbs and hair. Like if it hasn’t been washed. the white towels, weren’t even white. They were brown, full of dirt. The pillows were dirty as well.

Cons:

water from 2nd floor filters to 1st floor. had to shower very carefully to not spill any water on the floor. lock didn’t worked properly, we struggled opening the door. a lot of noise outside we couldn’t rest. called front desk no answer.
