Cama com colchão velho e colocaram uma camada de espuma sobre o colchão.
Inaceitável para um hotel.
Solicitamos mais travesseiro porque necessitamos de dois para dormir e foi cobrado taxa para esses travesseiros extras. Na recepção disseram que tinha dois travesseiros no quarto, quando na realidade tinha uma almofada de decoração que não se usa como travesseiro.
