Me encantó el Hotel. Lo principal fue la atención y amabilidad de todos los trabajadores con nosotros. Hasta un Bolo fue dejado en la habitación con una dedicatoria muy linda para mí esposo por su cumpleaños 🎂🎉. Todas las instalaciones del hotel limpias, un café de la mañana súper completo. Ubicado frente a la playa y con acceso al shopping. Lo recomiendo.
Qué tuve que irme jjjjjjjj. Pues si fuese por mí viviría ahí 😂😂.

Café da manhã é bem completo, camas, travesseiros confortáveis, chuveiro de alta qualidade, limpeza impecável e equipe de limpeza extremamente solícita e gentil.
Fiz um pedido simples na reserva e não fizeram nada referente ao meu pedido, e na sequência do meu pedido especial, me enviaram um e-mail informando que ele seria atendido e não foi. Se quer comentaram sobre ou justificaram… Outra questão é o vallet, totalmente despreparado, ao chegar me informaram que eu estava no local errado, sendo que eu estava na entrada do estacionamento do hotel, foi um pré julgamento? Outra coisa, me informaram que sempre que fossemos precisamos do veículo, deveríamos solicitar com antecedência 10-15 minutos antes, no check-out, ligamos, solicitei o veículo, descemos, fiz o check-out, se passaram pouco mais de 25 minutos e meu veículo não veio, fui questionar, eles não haviam solicitado o veículo, ok, quando chegou, ele parou na rua, porque havia deixado outro carro parado na área coberta, não fez questão de trocar os veículos, e eu fiz check-out na chuva com as minhas malas e minha filha no colo, ainda bebe. Infelizmente, isso tornou a experiência péssima.

The infrastructure and location of the hotel were very good. The rooms were very spacious and the amenities were excellent. The staff was friendly…
I went with a big family group and in total we occupied 6 rooms at the hotel. 5 of the 6 rooms had fitted sheets on the beds but no top sheets. The service to get those sorted for us was slow and inefficient.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant was inedible. The consensus among our family was that the chef must’ve been off that evening because the dishes were very poorly presented and completely unappetizing. We left few of our dishes untouched. The staff was kind enough to not charge for one of the dishes that had not been eaten, but they said “the staff in the back tried it and it tasted exactly as it should — perhaps it lacked a bit of salt”. The truth is the seafood from the seafood pasta dish tasted completely off and had an odd cinnamon odour. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant to anyone. We should’ve taken the hint when we walked in that there was absolutely no one else eating at the restaurant.
Breakfast was served in the same spot and since it was paid for we gave it a second shot. The experience at breakfast was much better, but my sister-in-law did unfortunately grab one of those mini packaged butters, and it was totally mouldy.
Aside from these things, the hotel infrastructure and amenities were great and for this reason alone I would go back (knowing what to avoid and look out for).

Ao entrar tinha um aviso que teríamos duas cápsulas de café expresso por dia e … eles não foram repostos. Também um chocolate não foi reposto.
The Location
The beds were not ready to use even after we checked in. The wi-fi system is terrible only 5mps some times 19mps most the time, wi-fi without internet at all.
O restaurante do hotel serve um excelente café da manhã e tem ótimas opções para almoço e jantar. A localização é privilegiada na praia do Gonzaga. A equipe é prestativa e atenciosa.
Poderia melhorar a qualidade do WiFi, a iluminação do quarto. Poderia utilizar papel higiênico de rolo de boa qualidade, ao invés de dispenser interfolhado. Estes pequenos detalhes melhoram a satisfação dos hospedes.
