Cama do primeiro quarto afundada - péssima.
Chuveiro poderia melhorar se fizerem a limpeza e desobstruírem a saída de água.
Localização privilegiada, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã com muitas opções e o melhor… piscina aquecida com vista do pôr do sol.
Tudo muito bom. Localização, chuveiro e café da manhã excelentes.
As camas poderiam ser um pouco maiores e o atendimento do valet é péssimo!

Excelente localização, muito perto da praia, shopping e restaurante. E café da manhã muito bom.
Do ruído da rua no quarto, as janelas não era antiruído, e incomoda na hora de dormir. O quarto também tinha um pouco cheiro de mofo, e o estacionamento não estava incluído na diária.
Sem dúvidas a localização é o destaque.
Ao chegar a cama estava só com o forro do colchão, pedi para completar a arrumação, depois de insistir pessoalmente na recepção deixaram um lençol dobrado sobre a cama. Quando você olha com cuidado encontra mofo, musgo, a esquadria do box por exemplo dá nojo. No hotel inteiro a conservação é precária. Uma pena, pois Parque Balneário era sinônimo de qualidade e bom atendimento.
Gostei muito do Hotel ,sua localização, seus funcionários, tudo muito bom; deixo um comentário para que a manutenção faça uma vistoria nas pias e encanamentos e tambem a vedação do box, para que não haja transtornos para os hospedes.
e no caso do meu quarto 714, o lustre que fica em cima da mesa da mesa, esta muito baixo, ocasionando atrito no uso da mesa.

Localização maravilhosa, área de lazer acima do esperado, quarto espaçoso e bem limpo, equipe fantástica, que inclusive um bolo, sabendo que o hóspede estava fazendo aniversário

A Localização é perfeita, no melhor trecho de Praia de Santos e próximo de shoppings, comércio e rua gastronômica.

Embora haja uma parceria com uma barraca de praia na orla, não possui estrutura própria montada da praia. Estacionamento no local, mas achei o valor da diária (R$40,00) um pouco desproporcional para a região. Área da piscina é pequena, mas satisfatória.
