Localização excelente. Café da manhã farto. Melhor custo-benefício.
Pros:

As acomodações são boas, apesar de alguns probleminhas. Os funcionários são atenciosos, mas demoram muito a dar um feedback. Uma máquina de café na recepção e água a qualquer hora, o que deveria ter em todo hotel. A localização é espetacular. Pena que o frio não permitiu aproveitar mais do hotel, como a piscina no rooftop. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com muitas opções, e a feijoada (deliciosa, por sinal), com música ao vivo aos sábados é um acontecimento. A cama é confortável e a pressão e temperatura do chuveiro é boa.

Cons:

Tivemos alguns problemas, mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa estadia. Durante nossa estadia, a internet estava instável ou sem funcionar e para quem precisa trabalhar, é um problema sério. Tive que usar a minha internet para trabalhar. Solicitei auxilio para solucionar o problema, sem êxito. No primeiro dia, a televisão não funcionava; estava com defeito, e somente foi trocada no dia seguinte, e após formularmos algumas solicitações. O quarto não dispunha de manta ou cobertores, e estava muito frio. Somente após muitos pedidos e dois dias depois, na última noite, pude dormir de forma confortável com um cobertor. Apesar de atenciosos, os funcionários demoram muito para resolver o problema do hóspede.

Muito bom
Pros:

Hotel com quartos bem amplos. Apesar das instalações serem um pouco antigas, tudo é limpo, confortável e o café-da-manhã é muito bom. Também em ótima localização no bairro do Gonzaga. Há um shopping que você acessa por dento do hotel.

Eu e minha irmã fomos muito bem atendidas desde a chegada, conseguimos um upgrade de quarto, que é muito confortável, limpo. O café da manhã é ótimo, a localização é maravilhosa! E a equipe toda muito gentil!!

Ótima acomodação, localização e serviços prestados
Pros:

Tive uma ótima estadia. As instalações são modernas. Fiz a opção do quarto com varanda. O quarto é muito espaçoso, a varanda é grande com vista para o mar. A piscina climatizada é muito agradável, mesmo não fazendo muito calor nos dias de hospedagem, a vista para o mar também é incrível. O café da manhã é ótimo e com muitas opções. O restaurante do hotel também é recomendável com ótimas refeições e bom custo benefício.

Cons:

O único ponto a ser destacado, que foi um pouco incômodo, foi o fato de estar descansando no quarto em um dia chuvoso e ser incomodado 2 vezes com o pessoal do hotel batendo à porta perguntando sobre serviço de quarto (arrumação de cama e frigobar) e 3 vezes o telefone tocando perguntando sobre a mesma coisa.
