Foi meu aniversrio e eu queria um dia diferente, aonde gostaria de usar a jacuzzi mas estava suja liguei na recepção a noite e n tive nehum retorno deixei de usar por causa da crosta amarela q estava na borda da jacuzzi e com isso n tive nenhuma atenção de ninguem.


Fui usar a banheira do quarto mas a porta do banheiro quase caiu ai fiquei com medo de está na banheira e aquela porta de vidro cair em cima de mim.

O chuveiro é p duas pessoas, mas uma n funcionou só ligava o quente e sem condições de usar. Fora o q abre e fecha o chuveiro ( o registro) estava meios estranhos, n funcionava direito.

Os espelho da banheira tudo solto.

Estou muito decepcionada pois n tive nehuma atenção de nenhum responsável superior as reclamações feita na recepção.

Fora q pedir p ficar mais tempo na dependência do quarto p me arrumar p um jantar q teria as 18:00. E n fui atendida.

De uns 10 anos p cá sempre me hospedei no dia do meu aniversário e sempre fui recepcionada com algum cartão, mensagem de feliz aniversário, nesse nem um Feliz aniversario da própria recepcionista eu tive.

Desculpe o desabafo, mas estou completamente decepcionada pelas minhas observações e o descaso q tive.

Moro e trabalho em Praia Grande em frente ao mar, escolhi o hotel de vcs pelo conforto e diferencial q apresentou pela propaganda, mas foi muito decepcionante o tratamento q tive.



A única atenção q tive foi da manutenção p verificar a porta q estava caindo, mas como o trabalho n era uma coisa rápida n queria ninguem no quarto arrumando a porta naquele momento, pois era o tempo q eu tinha p arrumar as minhas coisas e me arrumar p o meu jantar.
