A nice waterfront property in downtown Portland away from the hustle and bustle of a downtown location with nice waterfr
Pros:

Clean, convenient and located on a waterfront walkway in downtown Portland. The lobby was well appointed and the front office was very accommodating to some special requests.

Cons:

The breakfast which was included with the room was a typical hotel fare. Surprisingly there was very little fresh fruit and for the cost of the room, I would rate it as only adequate.
There is a very nice parking garage on the property, but there is a mandatory $42 parking charge and no other options to park close to the property.

convenient for the location, will only stay here when needing this specific location or its the Moxy
Pros:

love the feel of the hotel, happy with the rooms and size, my two room suite was shaped oddly but not bad.

Cons:

second time trying this hotel so i used booking.com and when i messaged this hotel they treated me poorly and told me to message booking.com.
Woman at front desk both stays smelled like somebody afraid of water.

Pros:

Nice place, would’ve liked to have gone to the rooftop.
Pros:

Classy atmosphere, elegant room design

Cons:

Rooftop club closed early the night we were there, paid for a package that included 2 free drinks there, asked staff about it and wasn’t able to get a voucher or refund

Birthday party sleepover
Pros:

We stayed in the suite for my daughter's birthday party and it was the perfect size for our large party. Very nice room. The pool and hot tub were very large and fun. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

One of the beds was pretty uncomfortable to sleep in. It's a nice hotel but the view from our room was of an overpass, not the prettiest view. The parking garage and spaces are very small.
