Quick overnight stay
Pros:

Stopped here for the night. Easy to book on the tripadvisor app and top-floor request was granted. Arrived too late to enjoy the amenities but enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Room was clean and had enough space for 4 adults. Nice quiet location. Would definitely stay here again if we drive through Richmond.

Awesome Front Desk Staff
Pros:

I called ahead to see if we could get in room a bit early. The front desk person took the time to review and said we will get it done. On arrival, greeted warmly. Efficient smooth check in. Hotel was clean. Breakfast had healthy and non healthy stuff. Fitness Room small but equipped.

I stay here every week .Never a bad experience.rooms are always clean and staff is always friendly .I mostly deal with Shane when I check in .She is always friendly .I hate being away from home .Bit ,since my job requires it it’s nice to relax

A good hotel!
