My son forget Wolen in hotel sam documents and 500euro, Wolen we get back but no money sam one stolen money from hotel:(

Stay was rude and condescending and not responsive to issues.
Cons:

The water was yellow in the tup and sink which is typical on the beach if there is not a filtration system and apparently there isn't though every other hotel or resort does not have yellow pee looking water.

The best "beach motel" style in the area. Would stay again.
Pros:

The best "beach motel" style place in the area. The property has multiple buildings, heated pools, outdoor activities, e-bikes, restaurant, cafe, bar, etc walking distance to the beach (about 10 mins) and local shops / restaurants

Cons:

Rooms are a bit on small side and basic furnishings but for the area and price not a deal breaker. window missing screen, ac unit loud.

Pros:

La verdad que fuimos muy ilusionados... nos fuimos decepcionados.

Cons:

Primero decir que reservamos una Superior Two Queen with Balcony, y nos dijeron que estaba sobrevendido, pero que en realidad la reserva correspondia a una junior. Llegamos con un nene de 4 años, el cual paga estadia, nada barata por cierto. nos asignaron una habitacion y nos dijeron que aceptaron un colchon inflable, lo hicimos, estabamos cansados y recien llegados de Orlando. Salimos a pasear y a visitar a unos amigos y vovlimos al hotel 23hs del dia 28, no habia agua caliente y fuimos a pedir que nos ayuden la respuesta fue "no hay mantenimiento ahora, hubiesen vuelto mas temprano". 00:30 reclamamos el colchon inflable apra el suelo, resulto pinchado y termino mi hijo durmiendo en el suelo a mitad de la noche.
Dia siguiente menos paciencia, nos quisieron arreglar con 50usd de restaurant y en realidad solo queriamos bañarnos, nos dijeron "aca la gente no valora tanto el agua caliente" osea, como "se bañan con lo que hay.
Nos cambiaron de habitacion, mudarnos, empacar y llegar al nuevo apartamento, que tampoco tenia agua caliente y las camas estaban totalmente vencidas, esto a las 2am, con lluvia, huespedes de una vuelo cancelado de American Airlines. Nos dijeron que estaban ocupados y que noe ra problemas de ellos nuestro tema con la temperatura del agua. Luego de insisitr nos dieron una habitacion para bañarnos... adivinen, habia agua tibia, olor a vomito y el piso todo levantado y despegado.
Nos dijeron que nos vayamos del hotel y que veiamos como solucionabamos con booking el reintengro, al tiempo se contacta el manager pidiendo disculpas y diciendo que le digamos a booking que nos devuelva 200usd y que iban a aprobarlo enseguida porq no solo estuvimos 3 dias sin bañarnos, sino que basicamente luchando por una estadia digna del precio. Nuestra estadia fue pesima. Llegamos a casa, efectuamos el reclamo de los usd y el mismo hotel con los email de prueba nos trato de mentirosos y que ellos no nos iban a reembolsar nada. Asiq...

Few positives in an overall quite negative experience.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Shower not well shielded so wet floor. Canned disco music played outside day and night. Noisy traffic. Restaurant took 1.5 hours to serve our orders which were served cold. Worst restaurant experience ever. Front desk staff could not even tell us accurately where our room was so we spent 25 minutes dragging our bags around and up and down stairs in the dark and rain.
