We totally enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend The Garden!!
Pros:

The Garden is located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There is a free shuttle service provided by the hotel that will take you anywhere you want to go within a certain distance, of course. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the beach.

We had a great stay, staff was awesome and things do all around you.
Pros:

I like being able to get around with the shuttle, and being close to restaurants and the beach. The staff were so helpful!

Cons:

The air conditioner wouldn’t quit running and loud all night.

A hidden gem in Fort Lauderdale !
Pros:

We were pleased with every aspect of The Gardens; staff was pleasant and accommodating. Dining experience was very good and staff well trained. Pools were clean,well maintained. Shuttle service was excellent with drivers who were cautious and helpful with area questions. We will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Boulevard bordered property so there was some traffic noise. Our room was not "road side" so we were not bothered by it.

Pros:

Fully renovated
Exceptionally clean rooms with very comfortable beds.
Free courtesy bus within 5 mile radius of the hotel
Walkable distance to public beach
Excellent food and very friendly staff
Great location

Cons:

Luckily the food was worth the long wait but more kitchen staff needed!!
Shame not to have natural light in the room as blind required all day for privacy

Pros:

Un hotel muy cómodo, se nota que ha sido remodelado pues luce nuevo. Agradable caminata al mar todos los dias.

Don’t. Just don’t.
Pros:

Unfortunately the pictures provided are not an accurate depiction of the “resort”. The room smelled moldy enough that we chose to not even stay the night. The fact that we checked in and checked back out within an hour of being there and not one person questioned it says it all. I emailed the resort weeks ago to get some info and have never received a response. When I called to follow up the morning of my arrival I was told the email address on the website is not correct. No words…

No clear charges
Pros:

When you book, they don’t tell you about the extra charges they add upon arrival. They charge a resort fee that supposedly includes bicycles, a $10 credit for their restaurant that basically forces you to eat there so you don’t lose that money, and they also charge separately for a parking spot. They are not clear in the booking app, and the service is poor.

We are on a road trip from Key West, and this was the third hotel we stayed at in Florida. It was the least transparent about its fees and had the worst customer service.

Very nice hotel fun for a 3 nt stay close to Lauderdale by the sea great place to eat and hang out

Nice experience
Pros:

We booked the garden hotel and resort at that last minute, partially because of amenities listed. EV shuttle car, electric bike use...heated pool. The car and bikes were available for transportation, the pools did not feel heated. We first were booked in adults only building but there was a wifi issue, that would not be immediately resolved. We were switched to the main building, and I do have to say we preferred those accommodations more than the adult only building(wifi was working there). The room was clean, linens well kept, the love seat was clean and free of any stains. We never could get the tv to work, most channels were unavailable and the apps on the tv were limited. We did visit the on-site bar, it was fun we loved the bar tender Lovely, she was funny and very attentive. Overall a good experience. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants a few blocks away.
