Good enough
Pros:

Mostly clean and comfortable. Pools were nice. Location has access to restaurants but required min 10 minutes walking.

Cons:

Walls were paper thin. Could hear neighbors sneeze.

We had an enjoyyinland stay here. The shuttle bus was also a bonus
Pros:

We had a poolside unit , so that made up for the fact that the room was small and dark . We enjoyed the on site restaurant and live music. Guest laundry was also a bonus

Pros:

la ubicacion es excelente

Cons:

Hace un mes habíamos usado este mismo hotel y la habitación era muy cómoda y aparentaba ser bastante nueva, en esta oportunidad nos ubicaron en otro edificio y la habitación estaba deteriorada y muy sucia. No funcionaron varios de los implementos de la habitación.

We had a wonderful day. They accommodated us quite well.
Pros:

It was close to everything it was clean and very comfortable

Cons:

The only thing was they had 3 pools only one was warm so everyone was at the one pool. No hot tub but that’s my preference not their problem

Would return again just separate rooms
Pros:

Property was beautiful, good food, great location.

Cons:

The 2 bedroom is not a 2 bedroom. We assumed each party would have a separate door to close to get privacy. The 2 bedroom is for someone who has children. Not couples together. No privacy. Open space. Thank goodness it was only for 1 night.

Staff was great, rooms were clean, bathroom was immaculate, area great for walking, peddling, or driving.

Cons:

We had to pay for parking but we were not made aware until we got there. Maybe it was in the “what you need to know before you go” and I just overlooked it but that was my only issue.

Airline comping room? Choose another hotel. What you see online is not where you will be staying.
Pros:

When a flight was cancelled by Delta, we were given several options of comped hotels in the area. We initially chose a Marriott, but after looking at the pictures of this resort, we decided to give it a try. The room we were given was in a completely separate building than the main hotel. This small building was is in the style of a low budget motel. There was no elevator, we had to carry suitcases up a flight of stairs. The door to the room faced the outside of the building, which is on a busy road. The only door and window inside the room were next to each other and facing the busy road. Inside the room, it was humid and smelled like mildew. The water pressure was a trickle. Our room looked nothing like the pictures online. I think it is a high probability they have a building set aside for people who have their rooms covered by an airline. The moment we walked into our room I realized the mistake I had made. I really regretted not staying at a Marriott in which I would have feel safe and have continental breakfast the next morning. This place just felt sketchy.

A great stay at the Garden Hotel
Pros:

We had a nice stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Lizzie was our bartender for most of the stay and she did a great job! She was very friendly and always had a smile!

We totally enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend The Garden!!
Pros:

The Garden is located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There is a free shuttle service provided by the hotel that will take you anywhere you want to go within a certain distance, of course. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the beach.

We had a great stay, staff was awesome and things do all around you.
Pros:

I like being able to get around with the shuttle, and being close to restaurants and the beach. The staff were so helpful!

Cons:

The air conditioner wouldn’t quit running and loud all night.
