Very disappointing

We booked this hotel because, as advertised, it offers an airport transfer. I sent several messages asking about this transfer and the schedule. At no point did anyone reply informing us that we needed to book the transfer in advance (especially since the messages already stated that we wanted it). In the end, when we arrived for check‑in, we were told there were no spots available at the time we needed. Later, the staff member said there was a time available, but when we went to the lobby, no one knew about this supposed reservation. It was very disappointing and stressful.

Decent airport hotel
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for just a few hours when we missed our connection. The shuttle driver was kind and helpful, as were the front-desk staff. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There was no lock on the bathroom door, we also found some large spiders in our room.

NO FREE airport shuttle
Pros:

Clean, comfortable bed, very helpful staff.

Cons:

Saw reviews about free shuttle, ended up having to pay EUR5 per trip to airport. Airport to hotel is free though. Still felt cheated and disappointed.
