Nice rooms, friendly staff and a really great breakfast. The food in the evening was good as well. I had a problem with my shower, but it was fixed in no time.

The staff at NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport are extremely helpful and attentive. They take the time to suggest the best options for guests depending on their plans. For example, if you have an early flight from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, they inform you that you can arrange a breakfast box so you don’t miss your meal before leaving. Small gestures like this show how much they care about the guest experience.
I would especially like to mention Sara at the reception. She is very kind, polite, and friendly. During my interaction, she asked whether I liked the room and if my stay so far had been comfortable, which showed genuine care. I also noticed her quickly step in to help one of her colleagues who was unsure about something. Watching the team support each other like that really reflects a wonderful work culture and made me feel very much at home. Sara was very clear and precise in answering all the questions I had. I honestly bombarded her with many doubts, but every single time I was greeted with a warm and welcoming response. The way she interacted made me feel like I had been staying at the hotel for a long time and already knew her from before, which gave me a real sense of inclusion.
The hotel itself is huge and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious with different bed configurations available. The king-size bed is truly a real king-size bed and very comfortable. Everything felt clean and almost like new. The rooms come with all the amenities you would expect, including different beverage options such as various flavours of tea, coffee, and bottled water. All toiletries are also provided, which makes the stay very convenient.
Overall, it was a very comfortable and welcoming stay. Hospitality like this truly makes a difference.
Close to the airport, shuttle service runs every 30 minutes, so great for business travel. Although I didn’t have one of the renovated rooms this time, the room was very clean spacious and comfortable.
The only thing negative is that I found the breakfast very expensive, especially when you convert Euros to Canadian dollars it’s like a $45 breakfast OUCH!
If you need a hotel close to the airport in Amsterdam, this is the place. They had an airport transfer that was on time. Staff were excellent: very friendly and accommodating.
