Early check in was easy, the staff are friendly and helpful, room was really clean.
the bed was a bit hard for my tastes - but the room overall really nice

The room was clean. Dinner options in nearby Hoofddorp were great.
Hotel elevator nearest to my wing was out of order. Instead of just saying it like it was, the checkin clerk informed me that I was getting an enhanced room - but that was not the case. Instead I had to roll a bell hop cart full of luggage across 2 wings of the hotel. It was probably best to just be honest and say, we apologize for inconvenience, and move on, instead of having the staff attempt to polish the unpalatable.
Did not care much for glass door to the bathroom.
Beers on tap in the bar were subpar - get better beers on tap.

A lot thermostat did not work per instructions, so cooold room until I figured it out. Breakfast was a meager shadow from the past. The so called free drink is exceedingly limited. The typical Dutch krentekakkerige mentality to charge for the airbound shuttle is a bummer.
So, compared with the equally priced room at the Sheraton , hardly an advantage any more ‼️
