Not much. Room was as advertised. .
Shuttle was a small 8 pax bus and if you were not in the first 8 you had to wait 30 minutes for the next bus, even at 2000 hours. You had to pay a small fee to book the return journey to the airport. Hotel is actually about 30 minutes from the airport by shuttle. You had to sign a code of conduct which is quite ridiculous considering we are a 75 year old couple and we were not allowed to read the code. The spa was actually dangerous as the whirlpool had a very slippery entrance. I fell leaving the whirlpool and severely bruised my left leg. There was no staff at the spa and the front desk did not seem to care. The entire vibe of the hotel was that it was a sort of private club and even though you were a paying guest you were not a member of this club. This was our first time staying at an NH hotel and most likely our last
The room was fine, no complains about that. Everything was clean and more or less easy to understand.
The airport shuttle service was quite misleading. We, along with several other guests, were under the impression that the shuttle bus was free. In reality, the shuttle from the airport to the hotel is free, but the shuttle from the hotel back to the airport is not.
The problem is that this is only explained after check-in. Many guests arriving on the same shuttle were surprised to learn that they would have to pay for the return trip. This information should be clearly communicated in advance so that guests can make an informed decision before booking. Once you have already arrived at the hotel, your only options are to pay the shuttle fee or arrange alternative transportation, such as a taxi.
Handy for the airport with good shuttle service. Comfortable room and bed. Very friendly, helpful staff. Brief overnight stay with early departure, so hard to comment further.

スキポール空港へのシャトルバスの支払いを現金で行い、キャンセルした時に返金がなかったため聞き返したら対応してくれた。通常はクレジット対応だからかもしれないが。
Wir haben in diesem Hotel über viele Jahre hinweg regelmäßig übernachtet – als Paar, mit der Familie und auch allein. Gerade deshalb fällt uns die Entwicklung der letzten zwei Jahre besonders auf. Leider beobachten wir einen deutlichen Qualitätsverlust, sowohl bei der Ausstattung als auch vor allem beim Service.
Die Preise steigen von Aufenthalt zu Aufenthalt, während die Leistung gleichzeitig nachlässt. Ein Beispiel ist der Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen: Dieser war früher stets im Preis enthalten, inzwischen werden teilweise zusätzliche Gebühren verlangt. Die Regelung wirkt dabei wenig transparent, da die Kosten offenbar nicht immer erhoben werden.
Besonders enttäuschend war unser letzter Aufenthalt beim Frühstück. Der Frühstücksraum befand sich in einem äußerst schlechten Zustand. Obwohl nur wenige Gäste anwesend waren, waren die meisten Tische nicht abgeräumt oder gereinigt. Benutztes Geschirr stand überall herum, sodass es schwierig war, überhaupt einen sauberen Platz zu finden. Auch das Frühstücksangebot selbst wurde spürbar reduziert, und die Qualität hat im Vergleich zu früher deutlich nachgelassen.
Die Zimmer wirken mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen und werden nur noch mäßig instand gehalten. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind zwar freundlich und bemüht, im Restaurantbereich hingegen haben wir leider wiederholt schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht.
Den Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad und Sauna nutzen wir inzwischen gar nicht mehr. Bereits bei früheren Besuchen machte dieser einen ungepflegten und veralteten Eindruck. Auch dort scheint seit längerer Zeit weder investiert noch modernisiert worden zu sein.
Insgesamt können wir das Hotel zu den inzwischen aufgerufenen Preisen leider nicht mehr empfehlen. Was früher ein angenehmer und verlässlicher Aufenthalt war, fühlt sich heute nur noch wie eine beliebige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit an. Das ist besonders schade, weil wir dem Haus über viele Jahre treu geblieben sind und es einmal sehr geschätzt haben.
