If the room size allows, children under 12 years old can stay free of charge. This applies to a maximum of one child.

Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25 kg. A charge of EUR 25 per pet per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge.
For stays of 4 nights or more in NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, your room will be cleaned after every 4th night. If your stay is shorter, or you would prefer your room to be cleaned more often, please let the reception team of NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport know.

Beds comfy. Great shuttle service. Staff friendly, professional, and helpful. The hallway outside of our room was “messy” with debris from cleaning carts/laundry lint, etc. I had mentioned this to the front desk, and the manager, and it stayed the same for our entire 3 night stay. This detracted from the overall atmosphere of the hotel - thus 4 stars, not 5.
Good service! Near airport just have to take the shuttle bus outside the terminal where you can see sign written hotel shuttle so it is very easy to find. Staff are kind and really helpful. Also there is a bus stop nearby where you can take the bus directly to the city centre which is convenient. Really recommend!

Dispõe de um excelente ambiente e disponibiliza banheira de hidromassagem, sala de ginástica, sauna. Tem restaurante e lanchonete também, todos muito simpáticos e acolhedores. O único reparo é que os quartos não são limpos diariamente, apesar de nos enviarem toalhas novas que solicitamos.
Fica bem próximo ao aeroporto e disponibiliza shuttles para o percurso, cobrando somente quando saímos do hotel. O retorno é gratuito e com bastante frequência.

The infrared sauna. The number 1 reason why I keep on coming back! Infrared saunas help with chronic pain, and standard saunas don't help like infrared light does.
The damp bath doesnt seem to work, ever.

The location was convenient, being close to the airport, and the free airport shuttle was a definite plus. However, aside from that, the overall experience was just average.
Upon arrival, we were immediately encouraged to upgrade to a larger room for an additional €40, as our booked room was not available due to our early check-in. Unfortunately, this did not create a great first impression.
The room itself lacked basic amenities such as a fridge. Although we were told complimentary bottled water would be provided, it only arrived on the final day of our stay. The electric kettle contained leftover tea bags from a previous guest, which raised concerns about cleanliness. This was only addressed on the third day after I raised a complaint.
Additionally, the bed sheets were never changed during our stay - only tidied - which was disappointing.
Overall, while the location is good, the service and attention to detail need significant improvement if the hotel expects guests to return.
Hotel is not what I would class as an airport hotel, 50 min walk from airport to the hotel. There is a hotel shuttle available but we hadn’t realised this when we landed. Free from airport to hotel but hotel to airport €5 per person.

The shuttle should’ve been included from and to the airport. (We did know it was free from the airport but not back to it, just a suggestion) But the service and shuttle buses are clean and the drivers were extremely helpful and kind.
