The up-to-date timetable is in the showcase located at the Hotel Shuttle Stop (A9-13) outside of Schiphol Plaza.

Lobby was beautiful

Cons:

Very dirty, I could see dust and hair caked on the chair, I didn't feel comfortable laying in bed i was worried it had bed bugs because of the filth. The facilities were falling apart, the "view" was not at all what was advertised, stuff in spa was broken.

NH is good as always
Pros:

1. Spacious modern room
2. Very good breakfast (and long, from 5:30 to 10)
3. Kind and friendly staff
4. Comfortable bed

Cons:

The bathroom door did not stay closed, which was not comfortable. We reported this, and we hope they fix it.
I also think that the parking space should be free, not 22.5 euros per night.

Great staff, clean rooms, great location
Pros:

Staff great, smooth check-in and check-out, clean, nice room. Also I want to thank the kind staff who gave me info about how to get into the city center by bus. I loved the stay at the hotel and hope to visit again!

First and certainly last time
Pros:

Wondering whether the restaurant staff getting paid higher ruder they are; customers dragged in to company politics, and the chef states he cannot make boiled eggs.

Outside areas run down and unkept, giving a feeling of a roadside motel and not a 4* hotel. Restaurant menu very limited.

Saving glory were the reception staff, the convenience store (especially as no bar or restaurant is open until 5pm).

Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else

Would stay again.
Pros:

Quick shuttle ride from the airport. Very adequate hotel for one night stay. High standard of accommodation appropriate for the price. Breakfast included was a welcome addition. The hotel probably supplied the same rate of Service and comfort as the hotels in the airport however, at a price point 25% less.
