A great base for exploring, great location and beautiful hotel with character. Staff were great

Fantastic Location when visiting Madrid
Pros:

An absolutely great location when visiting this magnificent city, Staff were very friendly and helpful.. Breakfast staff were excellent.and so was the breakfast buffet. Room was big enough.. Bed was very comfortable.. Lovely hotel.. Only issue we had was the shower/bath.. We kept flooding our bathroom after a shower.. Different shower nozzles might be needed!

A internet é um pouco instável. Porém,depois que falamos com um funcionário da recepção, melhorou consideravelmente.
