Pros:

Excellent location. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Lovely room with good refreshments and nice bathroom with good complimentary toiletries.Welcome drink was appreciated.
We had a couple of small issues possibly only applicable to our room which we hope the hotel can address. However, highly recommend a stay here, we would stay again.

La posizione super centrale , lo stile del palazzo, molto bene, il personale cordiale, il prezzo onesto.

tutto bene, se devo fare un appunto, mancava lo spazzolino per pulire il wc, ho chiesto in reception e mi hanno risposto che per motivi sanitari , per legge, non li mettono piu e che al bisogno, (il che potrebbe voler dire ) ad ogni utilizzo bastava che avvisavi la reception e in caso mandavano qualcuno a pulire..
a parte aver verificato e non esiste nessuna legge, ma , posso capire, l intenzione di migliorare e passare dallo scopino a qualcosa 'altro ma, lasciare senza niente e dover chiamare la cameriera anche no...
per il resto niente da dire, ci tornerei
