La ubicación, hace varios años que vamos a este hotel, esta a un paso de todo, de la gran vía, de Pza. Mayor, de la Opera, de Pta del Sol.
El Personal es de Primera, inclusive compramos cosas por Amazon, y cuando llegamos estaba todo en la habitacion

Πολύ καλή επιλογή για 3ήμερη απόδραση.
Pros:

Τοποθεσία πολύ βολική , κοντά στα πάντα αν έχετε όρεξη για περπάτημα της μισής ώρας κάθε φορά. Ήσυχο σημείο επίσης, δε βρίσκεται κοντά σε πολυσύχναστες πιάτσες με μπαρ κτλ. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο για 2 άτομα , τα κρεβάτια πολύ αναπαυτικά. Παρόλο που ήμασταν 1ο όροφο άρα κοντά στο δρόμο, δεν είχαμε φασαρία λόγω του ότι κατά την ανακαίνιση έχουν τοποθετηθεί 2 σετ τζαμιών στα παράθυρα. Προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.

Cons:

Γενικά ικανοποιημένοι, είναι λίγο υψηλή η τιμή για το δωμάτιο που πήραμε - χωρίς πρωινό - αλλά πληρώνεις την τοποθεσία.

A little oasis in a very busy city
Pros:

An excellent location in a quiet and pretty square, which we particularly appreciated since we didn't know when we booked that we would be there the weekend that the Pope was visiting Madrid! We were fortunate to be given a room overlooking the square, but were never bothered by the noise of late drinkers at local bars or the church bells, because the double glazing was excellent. We were grateful for being able to control the heat/air conditioning in the room and similarly enjoyed the tea/coffee making facilities. Both the breakfast room and the bar/lounge were very pleasant areas and all staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were varied, regularly replenished and the eggs-to-order system was well organised. The general chaos of getting a taxi on the day of the Pope's procession through the closed streets of Madrid was alleviated by sympathetic and helpful reception staff and for that we were particularly grateful. We did find prices were much higher than in our usual 4 star hotels, but we hope that was simply because of the Pope's visit, because it would be a factor to consider for our next visit to Madrid.

Overpriced
Pros:

Unfortunately, this hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers. The rooms are basic..the facilities are nothing special, and the overall experience does not justify the high rates.
While the staff were polite, the service was average at best. For the amount of money charged, I expected much higher standards in terms of comfort.
