Price was good, Pet Friendly, Microwave and Refrigerator. Convince to Shows on strip. Shower was nice. Breakfast was good.
Bed was not comfortable for me. Made noise getting in and out of bed as bed frame not stable. Air Conditioner was running all night set at 74@. Bedding light.
The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. When we decided not to stay they worked to refund us ASAP.
Upon arrival our room was filthy- one bed was covered in dirt and the other had what looked like foot marks on the sheets? The weather stripping was also completely missing from the bottom of the door, leaving it essentially open to the outdoors. We opted to leave and stay at a different hotel.
Breakfast was amazing and the pillows were great!
Having a chlid with me the pools are one of the reasons we stay there. Several attractions are within walking distance.
I kept putting my key near my phone. I .had to get key reset several times. . Just not use to warching wher i put my phone.
The property wasn’t bad. It wasn’t what I expected to be either.
The air conditioner is my room was horrible. I could tell the difference when I went to my other family members room and their rooms felt great. The air conditioner got changed and it was still hot. We had to go buy fans.
Breakfast was good. And the team members in the breakfast area were very friendly.
Nothing really looked like the pictures. The pictures must have been taken when it was remodeled many many many years ago. The rooms were musty and old. One of the rooms had spiders, crickets and some other little bug. Door keys rarely worked and had to get new keys or have them rekeyed often. Yes, we did keep them away from cell phones and other devices. Some the front office staff were not aware of Best Western points. For a Best Western this was a complete disappointment. I did book this through Booking.com. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and one family in the group had to leave. So far I've been unable to get any type of refund, even though I had insurance. Best Western staff state there is nothing they can do since we booked it through Booking.com. Don't allow your rooms to be booked through a 3rd party if you can't provide any type of service to the customers that go there.
Easy check in, super clean room and the AC worked wonderfully! They even gave us a late check out, which was much appreciated.

I didnt manage to have breakfast. the room was good and the bed was comfortable enough.
the level of cleanliness is wanting. the area behind the coffee station was very dirty and dusty as well as the top of the fridge. The person cleaning seems to be concentrating on cleaning the areas that are visible. i even took some photos.
The location was great! Staff was awesome! Breakfast was fully loaded!
