Pros:

Very friendly and polite My granddaughter enjoy the swimming pool in the jacuzzi in the game room The service staff at breakfast was amazing.

We were there for one night and don't expect too much but the rudeness and wait time for food wasn't good.
Pros:

Front desk people were very nice and the lady in the gift shop. I also liked the pool and how late it's opened.

Cons:

Breakfast was very crowded and staff were kind of rude. I feel standing in line for close to 30 minutes to make waffles is alot. I feel that hotel could invest in a couple more waffle irons. When asked about the biscuits and gravy the lady told me I was only allowed one biscuit and gravy.

Pros:

The location was good, the game room was decent and the breakfast wasn’t too bad.

Cons:

It was outdated, the sheets, blankets and pillows were stained. Carpets were stained and the water in the pool and hot tub looked cloudy and dirty. The elevator didn’t seem super safe and smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Absolutely loves the fact that everything we wanted to do was walking distance. Both of my children enjoyed the big indoor swimming, I loved the hot tub. We will definitely be making a future trip again and plan to stay at the BW center pointe Inn

Very clean. Very quiet. Very safe and secured. Provided everything I needed a while there.
