Weekend get away.

Surprisingly wonderful stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good. a good selection and a hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. It would have been nice to have some sort of potatoes with breakfast though. There is hardly anything more important than a good hot breakfast to start your stay and day! The indoor pool was nicely heated. Our room was on the 1st floor and was convenient and close to the pool, breakfast area and the workout room. Everything was clean and worked well. Interes7ting4ly, you can access your room from the outside or from the inside corridor. From the looks of the property for someone who is older and has difficulty walking, the negative thoughts of how difficult it would to be stay there, I had no difficulties getting around. All things were manageable. There are many attractions that are convenient so if you don't mind walking, it's in a good area.

Cons:

The indoor hot tub was a bit disappointing due to lack of really strong jet action. It was hot enough but the bubble machine lacked oomph! It was early in the season so the traffic was not too bad but I would assume that during the peak season, traffic would be a nightmare.

Great location. Can walk to so many places. It was quiet. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

It could use updating but I knew it was just standard room which is perfect for me. The pool needs a better filter.

It was ok, but location location location was great!
Pros:

Staff at breakfast was great, good food. Room was clean kind of, bathroom was clean.

Cons:

No comforters on the beds, I thought that was odd. The person that took the $20 tip for cleaning the 1st night, only took my trash. And the pool...idk what was going on with the water, and grandsons feet were raw and blistered from the bottom of the indoor pool.

AHHmazing stay
Pros:

Everything.. from staff to pool.. nice, friendly, clean .. the indoor pool was not humid at all and my girls liked sitting there for breakfast.. in the middle of downtown so definitely walkable
