The room was perfect. So well considered from the lit up mirrors to the steam iron to the room layout. Just fabulous
It's a pity there's no lobby bar but the own waxy O'connor next door & I believe they'll be doing something there in future.
The people on the reception desk were exceptionally helpful.

The receptionist Jordan was absolutely lovely and helped us so much in trying to get us a taxi to the hydro absolutely diamond 💎 and also Holly who is the waitress at the breakfast was absolutely lovely and so very helpful and kind made the stay so much better
Only slight downside was the bed was just a little bit too hard for us but that didnt put us off any just our preference

Location was central. It felt extremely safe- they have great security measures for guests. It’s bustling and lively outside but inside it was so calm and relaxing. The amenities were amazing. You can log in to your own Netflix account, so if you’ve been on the road it gives you a little comfort of home. The complimentary mini-bar was outstanding and so appreciated. Glasgow was our 2nd to last stop on our Scotland roadtrip and out of the 6 places we stayed the Carlton George was the best. It was our honeymoon and they left us a little box of chocolates and a kind card. Overall it was an amazing experience, wonderful room, staff, and location.
