Please note that West George Street is closed to all vehicles except busses and taxis from 07.00 to 19.00 daily. Therefore no offloading is possible during these times.
The executive lounge is available during the day (before 5pm) & in the mornings without a booking. In the evening when the alcohol is served, a 2.5 hour time space needs to be pre-booked. At either 5 or 8pm. This can be booked on arrival.
The charging of any large battery (eg Electric bike or scooter battery) is strictly prohibited in our bedrooms.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The newly decorated rooms are beautiful, I have stayed a few times before and the rooms and facilities are excellent!!
Would like more light in the dressing table area it was a little dark, but this is just a small issue..

EXCELLENT AS USUAL VERY GENEROUS WITH EVERYTHING FROM MINIBAR TO ACCESS LOUNGE ( THAT CHANGES FROM NEXT MONTH) IT FINISHES AS MAKING A WHOLE NEW TOP FLOOR INTO A BAR. JUST A COMFY COZY HOTEL WITH EVERYTHING YOU WANT. VERY ENGAGING AND ATTENTIVE STAFF BEING FRIENDLY TAKING THE TIME TO SPEAK AND A SMILE IS ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU. AND GUESTS ALIKE WE MARVEL AT THE VALUE AND GENOROCITY MAKES YOU FEEL WELCOME NOT MANY PLACES CAN DO THAT.

Well situated
Heating in the room did not work, got in late and room was freezing and could not get any sort of warm air to come out of the heater. Room was 16.5 degrees when we got in later and had it on all night and room was 19degrees in the morning, was also looking forward to the buffet breakfast as advised but only got table service that morning

Great location, always enjoy my stay at the Carlton.
There’s nothing I don’t like I think it’s a great hotel. Stayed a few times now over the years.
