Please note that West George Street is closed to all vehicles except busses and taxis from 07.00 to 19.00 daily. Therefore no offloading is possible during these times.
The executive lounge is available during the day (before 5pm) & in the mornings without a booking. In the evening when the alcohol is served, a 2.5 hour time space needs to be pre-booked. At either 5 or 8pm. This can be booked on arrival.
The charging of any large battery (eg Electric bike or scooter battery) is strictly prohibited in our bedrooms.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Room was lovely with a view of the Botanic Gardens, enjoyed a delicious breakfast , and the excellent staff we met throughout the hotel were all friendly and helpful.

The refurbished rooms were very nice and immaculate, the location is perfect almost right next to george square and the lady on reception was a very kind and helpful person.

We were so so impressed by this hotel. Stylish, so comfy and the shower is one of the best we've ever experienced. Incredible value for money
Hotel is not advertising it is in the middle of a renovation and some rooms are hideous and dated, whereas the images it leads with are only very specific rooms, which is not shown when booking on mobile on Booking.com, which is encourages you to do with deals. All round a terrible experience in a horrible room I paid a lot for under the expectation it would look entirely different. No appropriate recourse given when I emailed about my dissatisfaction to the hotel.
The hotel was welcoming and comfortable. Enjoyed chilling out in the executive lounge. Sad to see it is going. Patrick,on reception, customer service was fantastic. Even got to see the renovated bedrooms which are looking wonderful. Can’t wait to stay again.

A bit dated but that didn't bother us at all.
It was excellent getting into a brand new beautifully designed new bedroom very comfortable bed, pillows, chair. Bathroom had the Rain showers walkin loved how you could handle the toilet despensers making it easier to squeeze out lovely smell beautiful designed loved the way the light would come on under the sink brilliant same with the bedside tables Luxurious drapes view looking on to the Lane with Dunes Store.
And what a great selection of beverages and Glasgow Based St Mungo Larger plus GlasWegin amongst the rest a great choice and of course the crisps and keeping it Scottish Tunnocks Teacake and Caramel log.
Staff and place fantastic as always. highly recommend.
