Glad we are home. Tybee island has the ugliest beach I have ever been to.

Cons:

Room was very dirty. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Wasn’t beach front as described. There is a busy parking lot between the hotel and beach.

Pros:

During my stay at your hotel, I injured my leg on a protruding metal part of the bed frame in my room. I reported the incident to the hotel manager during my stay. Unfortunately, despite the report, the issue was completely ignored, the damaged element was not repaired, I received no follow-up communication, and no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered. I also reminded the staff about the matter once again, but no action was taken.
I find this situation unacceptable, especially as it concerns the safety of hotel guests. I would therefore expect an explanation as well as appropriate compensation for the incident and the way the matter was handled.

It may have been better to sleep directly on the beach.
Pros:

If you are there for the beach and not going to spend much time in the room, this is a great location for you. Easy to walk to the beach. The hotel is what they say it is old, in need of a remodel, damp, and a little moldy. The bathroom had no ventilation fan and the shower outside you use after the beach is nicer than the one inside. The whole room was damp the floors were gross.
The staff was very friendly. They gave us a good amount of towels and there are beach chairs in the room so you can take them out to the beach. There are also chairs on the beach if you get there early enough. All in all if you’re spending any amount of time in your hotel room you may want to look elsewhere.

Cons:

Damp rooms and gross floors. Visible mold around the fire sprinkler and smelly water. Terrible venting in the bathroom cooks you.

Cons:

There is a public parking lot between the hotel and the ocean.

The yard man or county worker was blowing trash at 7 am right outside our room, very noisy and not able to sleep.

The hotel is outdated in our room was not very clean with dirty towels. The view was beautiful.

The hotel was outdated. It was not clean in our room. We had a dirty towel. There was rust on the stainless fixtures.. the bed headboards have not been cleaned. The nightstands have not been cleaned. It’s just very dirty and outdated. We had somebody beating on our door at 11:30 at night playing very loud music after that.

Never stay here..it is awful.

Everything..room was not clean, safe was not working, fire alarm during the night and hotel staff not available, had to go to front desk to get towels as room not cleaned each day. We were told they didn't know if housekeeping was working that day. Overall horrible place to stay.
