Reconsider the nightly rate because the rooms are not worth the nightly charge.

I enjoyed the balcony and the closeness to the boardwalk and things to do.

Cons:

The property isn’t on the beach. There’s a parking lot that separates the hotel from the beach. The bathroom was not clean.

I loved every minute!
Pros:

It was very close to the beach!! The staff was great! They provide beach chairs and towels in the room! I really enjoyed the view! The pillows and bed were so comfy!

Cons:

I wish the price wasn’t so high but you definitely get what you pay for!

Not worth the money
Pros:

The room was not as clean as it should have been for a $200/night room. It was quiet throughout the hotel. You need dollars for the drink machines. Just wasn’t what I expected for the price.

Horrible the hotel felt like it was half way through remodeling and they just gave up

The only good thing is how close it is to the beach and the beach access

Cons:

Curtain missing, a/c was pushed in so there was a hole to the outside where bugs could crawl in, marks on ceiling making it very ugly inside, we stayed in room 240 and in the bathroom there’s an access to the ceiling that is partially opened,

Walking distance from everything very clean front desk was very welcoming beautiful views from our room

Cons:

Unfortunately we got woke up at 6 am from teens in the parking lot screaming and carrying on

Was not relaxing due to the crane. Why would you put anyone in a room with crane outside the balcon

Crane outside our balcony. Loud and blocked the ocean view that I specifically stayed there for that view.
No luggage carts. No manager returned my call, maid did not make the bed

Great location. Shout out to the maintenance guy for coming in earlier than he was scheduled to replace our broken coffee machine!

Reception workers were fantastic and friendly

Cons:

Overcharged me by more than double for 1 night. Rooms are just outdated and too old to ever be clean. Proximity to beach is great. But would probably look elsewhere after seeing the property and vibe that surround the establishment.
