Good budget friendly family hotel right on the beach!
Pros:

Right on the beach and free parking in the back of the hotel and paid parking if you want to park out front closer to the beach. Has good size balcony and our room came with beach towels and beach chairs!!! Has nice outdoor pool and splash pad. A small store in the lobby. Free Ice for coolers and personal showers outside to rinse off with.

Cons:

The rooms where a little dirty we found hair all over our tub but no bugs so that's a plus.

Great for a family getaway to the beach.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a great location. There was easy waling access to the beach and local shops. The pools and new splash pad were an awesome addition for the kids. The elevators and ice machines worked great. We traveled in a larger group, and management was accommodating in getting us rooms next to each other. There was also excellent text communication throughout the trip and an easy checkout process.

Cons:

The room needed some major upgrades in the bathroom. The tub was slow to drain and there wasn't a fan for circulation. Additionally, the pipe that held the towels was rusted and the toilet ran a lot.

Cons:

Almost immediately, we noticed cleanliness issues. After entering the bathroom, we found urine stains on the toilet seat, and the bathroom overall appeared dirty and poorly maintained. This immediately made us uncomfortable about staying at the property. As we looked around the room, we continued to notice signs that it had not been properly cleaned, which left us feeling uneasy about using the beds and other furniture.
Because we had paid a lot of money for our stay and did not feel comfortable spending the night in those conditions, we went to the front desk and requested a refund so we could find alternative accommodations. Our request was denied. After further discussion, the staff agreed to have the room cleaned again. Unfortunately, the re-cleaning process only added to our concerns. While cleaning the room, the housekeeper placed the clean sheets on the floor and did not replace the pillowcases until we specifically requested that he do so. This further diminished our confidence in the property's cleanliness standards. Overall, we do not feel that the quality of the accommodation justified the price we paid. The cleanliness issues, lack of satisfactory resolution, and overall experience left us very disappointed and unhappy with our stay.

Great location, but verify room type/view.
Pros:

The location is the best part about this hotel. Close to everything and very easy to get around.

Cons:

We booked a dune view room. From the pictures, a view of the dunes with the ocean as a background was the expectation. Reality was looking across a parking lot at bathrooms and the back of the dunes.
