Poorly maintained property
Cons:

The room we had was very poorly maintained. All the furniture are old. The worst part is that the sink wasn't "straight" and tilted to one side by 10 degree so couldn't place any toiletries on it. Laundry is free but 2 out of 4 washing machines and 5 out of 8 dryers are "out of order".

Pros:

Unique location, their amazing room layouts which include actual refrigerator, stove top, kitchen sink area along with their entire everyday hard working staff. Moreover is the having available home goods as small kitchen oven, air fryer type of items available to use with no extra fees.

OVERLOOK for sure!
Pros:

Too much too list, kinda get spoiled with so much! From available kitchen items (air fryer, etc), utensils, laundry, gym, cable tv, the Costco family next to, along with the great and beyond professional staff at the Sonesta Simply Suits. They have also welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. OVERLOOK is right, kinda forgot how nice this place is, including its unique Nanuet location but in reality also Spring Valley and the great shopping center behind the suites. I’ll be staying here more often as I also did late 2023. Great room design & layouts! Happy to see a nice lady at the front desk this morning!

OVERLOOKED
Pros:

Overlooked! I forgot this place was back of Spring Valley but it quietly sits in Nanuet. Close to shops, major routes, great facilities, laundry and dryer, with a pleasant amd professional staff I had the pleasant experience of remembering some of them to this very nice place. It’s good to see some old familiar faces who are always respectful and professional.

Not enough hangers but the staff made up later for them! So N/A!

Literally the worst hotel experience ever had, and it was not even a good price, quite the opposite.

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

Everything pretty much the staff were never at the desk. You had to call them every time you had a question. The bathroom did not have a bath mat or shower curtain. The cabinets in the kitchen were damaged. One drawer was broken. The couch had a rip on the side one set of sheets stain on them and a tear. The entire building, especially the gym reeked of dryer laundry sheets. And it was not mobility access accessible as stated on bookings.com so I believe bookings.com made a mistake and they should reimburse me. We had to use our own toilet seat booster bc the seat was not ADA height. I always travel with one now in case the hotel cannot accommodate my mother.
