Potential to be a 10
Pros:

The room was a nice size and clean. The kitchen was great with a full refrigerator and ability to cook. The location felt safe.

Cons:

The cleanliness to the common areas was really bad. The lobby needed a good vacuuming as did the hallways and the elevator. The same mess was still there the next morning. Outside was full of dog poop. It is wonderful that you allow pets but there needs to be some accountability for the poop!

This place is OK when the nice staff is working there, but they have a few weak links.
Pros:

Nothing on the final day I tried to stay there. The front desk staff was combative and nasty and utterly uncooperative.

Cons:

The front desk staff could hjave acted like human beings.
