Sonesta Simply Suites Nanuet

MANAGEMENT gave me 2 hours to pack after I been there for over 2 months and had paid up front. No reason giving, have asked to even send me an invoice and they refuse. Most a manager is working with corrupt DEA and they took it out on me. NOW WORRY ABOUT THE EMAILS SONESTA MANAGEMENT (July 2025) and TJEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY PAID LOAN PAYMENT. Terrance and Ricky are tying to continue harming MR. ISMAEL EL MAYO ZAMBADA as all I did was work on music production and everyone knows it, plenty of witnesses.

Old run down property. 3rd floor was redone which looked nice. The smell in the hallway was bad. Nice big room with no amenities. No soap at bathroom sink. Nothing for a cup of coffee. But you could buy the grounds in the store downstairs. Just not good services

I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment regarding my stay at Simply Sonesta Suites in Nanuet, New York, from September 6 through September 14, 2026.

Unfortunately, what should have been a comfortable stay turned into a very unpleasant and unacceptable experience. I am requesting a 100% refund for my entire stay due to the serious cleanliness, maintenance, and pest infestation issues we experienced.

The most disturbing issue was a severe roach infestation. From the very first day we checked in on September 6 and throughout our stay until September 14, we encountered numerous roaches in our accommodations. This was not an isolated incident involving one or two insects. The problem continued throughout our stay and made us extremely uncomfortable.

The infestation became so concerning that my husband had to purchase extermination products and chemicals himself in an attempt to control the roaches. A paying hotel guest should never have to purchase pest-control products to make a room tolerable.

We were offered the option of moving from the first floor to a room on the second floor. We declined because, considering the extent of the infestation we were experiencing, we had no confidence that simply moving to another floor within the same building would resolve the problem.

In addition to the roach infestation, there were several other unacceptable problems:

• The toilet was not functioning properly. My husband repeatedly had to reach inside the toilet tank and manually lift the mechanism so that the toilet would flush properly.

• The television and/or remote control did not function correctly, leaving us unable to properly use and enjoy the television during our stay.

• The accommodations were not adequately clean when we arrived. I personally had to mop and disinfect the floors with Lysol because I did not feel that the room was sanitary.

The room was dated. The refrigerator looked 20 years old and had rust on the side. The dishwasher was very old and rusted too.Many spots in the ceiling flaking. Ants in the room. The bathroom had a lot of ceiling issues, the toilet seat was missing parts. The towel rack fell off. No hairdryer. Overall very dated and not what you expect for a suite. The only hotel that I have stayed at recently that didn’t have a usb port to charge my phone.

The fact that cleaning and changing of room accessories are not done daily
