Ramada Limited Redondo Beach

We arrived to an unfriendly person at the desk. Found a large amount of mold in the bathroom and it was late so we didn’t ask for another room. Told the gentleman at the desk in the morning and he apologized and said we would get a partial refund through booking.com and still haven’t seen anything.

When we arrived fr Northern CA, seeing property is on busy street .. I had apprehension. The lady welcomed us n was nice. The room ( first floor close to office) n bathroom .. newly renovated n clean, roomy. The top parking lot is being worked on ... But there's additional parking at basement n safer ( left our Cruise clothes in car,) n it was Quiet at night .. didn't hear street traffic !! Continental breakfast at front office .. very good coffee, pastries, boiled eggs.
Pleasant stay .. on way to Long Beach for Anniversary Cruise.
Close to eateries .. Panda express !

Ryan and his staff were wonderful!!! They were all very welcoming, accommodating and always ready to help when needed coupled with their friendly demeanors! Thank you so much for a very restful & beautiful stay by the beach! We hope to see you all again soon!

I could need a little upgrade, but overall experience was good enough for me

This place isn’t cheap enough for what it is. The room itself is nice. It seems safe.
Certainly not clean enough.
Parking takes nerves of steel, and requires a tight turning radius to get to make the sharp turn into the underground lot. The lit and stairs frequently smell of weed.

Very spacious and appears clean. The jetted tub was nice but could’ve been cleaner. The floor was very dusty too.

This place is a few blocks walking distance to the beach and a nice kids park at Veteran's park. There is a small breakfast place 1.5 blocks to the north called Cozy Cafe. A liquor store to the immediate south about 50 years. Our water pressure in the shower was just over a dribble. The room had updated features and talk ceilings. The floor needs redone in Room 106. Missing a section and pulling apart. The breakfast at the hotel is grab and go items with little variety. There is no pool or spa. We were able to check in early and appreciated that from the staff.

Parking was secure

Basic, spacious room very near the beach. Room has had a refresh but premises are quite old and somewhat unattractive. Good value for the money on weekdays. Best feature is its proximity to the beach. Breakfast is mostly cheap carbs and the coffee is mediocre.

Very basic but good for the money. Close to the beach, conveniently located. Exterior road noise, but not in the rooms. Plain and unattractive, with very basic breakfast and mediocre coffee, which is the only reason I took a star off.

This hotel use to be owned many years ago by a family who kept it clean and tidy. At the time it was new with a fresh look. I've stayed there many times and have referred friends and family. It's been a little while since I've been back. It was an absolute disappointment. First room had a ridiculous amount of mold in the bathroom, a pipe looked like it had leaked onto the baseboards and the mold smell had overtaken it. They were kind enough to give me another room and I appreciate that. But the door would not lock properly and there was a massive gap where anyone can easily kick it in. Slept with a chair underneath the knob all night as a female traveler you want to be safe. Someone must have put a dog in that room and urinated all over the vinyl floor in the bathroom or perhaps it was a leak don't know but it smelled so bad that I had to keep the door closed all night and couldn't hardly use it. Then the next morning there's a Fire Marshal check. When I travel I'm there to rest and sleep in instead you're woken up to some maintenance guy yelling at everybody knocking on the room doors just all around was disrespectful. Luckily I already packed my stuff and ready to leave. Maids are literally throwing bundles of towels and sheets from the second level down below thud, thud! It was a horrible first night. Could be a great place again but they need some money invested in getting it back to where it was. I personally would not stay here again!

I have stayed here another time. The location is safe and close to everything I needed for my short trip. The rooms were clean and pretty comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for privacy and space. I liked that the parking is in a garage under the hotel. There is no elevator, so you may want to unload on the hotel level before parking. Breakfast is very basic, but there are number of great coffee shops and restaurants nearby if you require something more substantial. I would stay again. Next time I’ll bring my own pillow just for my personal comfort. The hotel pillows may be fine for others.

Clean room

Do not stay in this Hotel, Room had mold smell, rusted pipes, rotten wood, broken floor tile, mold on walls, unfinished painted walls, rusted sink, no gasket around door frame, noisy street, old noisy fridge, you wont be able to sleep at all, Included breakfast is a joke, not worth the price, night stay price is too expensive, you’ll regret it just like we did, look for better options any other than this place, booking will be at your risk!!

The hotel was convenient to our family who we were visiting. It was walking distance to the Redondo Beach Pier. The breakfast was basic, consisting of Cereal, yogurt, pastries, coffee, tea, and toast. There was no microwave available in dining area. While they supplied instant oatmeal you had to take it back to your room to microwave it.

I alwsys come here when I'm in LA. The beach is 3 blocks away. I love this place and have been coming here for over 10 years.

Good price and quality

Very clean. Updated property. Close to pier and other events . Minimum amenities. No elevator. Breakfast was included. The parking was free!
