Wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Outdated, expensive for what I’m getting, very small bathroom, hallways and floors had stains everywhere, paint was chipping from the walls, valet took a while to bring the car around, smelled weird in the hallways, elevator was super small and was always crowded.

We absolutely enjoyed our stayed if we had to complain about anything the bathrooms were very small but everything was definitely amazing, staff was great etc.

Only one thing was not good but it is not good at all -last night big cockroach in the bathroom . Was very upset coz first I loved everything about this hotel

Whitehall does an excellent job at being good enough.
Pros:

Nothing special. An average hotel doing a good job at being average. Fine for business, I’d be looking at alternatives for vacation.

Pros:

The location was prime close to everything with accessible public transportation to anywhere you want. The facility was clean and staff was amazing.

Cons:

The beds were too small, and we were close to the elevator and we heard it all night long.

Las instalaciones estaban muy bien, el cuarto era de buen tamaño y las camas cómodas.

Cons:

Lo único que no le gustó fue que no iban a limpiar o al menos sacar la basura del cuarto, tuve que pedir más papel de rollo y cambio de toallas.

Bar experience 10/10
Pros:

The hotel is a 10 out of 10, and Martha at the bar is the goat 🐐. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Staying here next visit.

Pros:

I always have a pleasant experience when lodging at the Whitehall. Front desk team is very accommodating, restaurant staff is extremely attentive, and valet team is always on it. Great job to everyone!!!
