The manager and front desk staff were very helpful

Great location awesome staff, comfortable bed, clean room

They said no bed bugs but my back and arms say different.

Staff is always exceptional. Location is fantastic. Room looking dated but comfortable. Minor issues empty shower jell and electrical plug out in bath and at desk.

Awesome experience!! Loved the Presidential Suite with city view. The hospitality was excellent! We will be back again!

The room was not clean. The lobby and everything outside looked to be updated. But the rooms were so old and covered with dust. It was not properly cleaned. The room stayed at 73° and would not get any cooler. The pillows were terrible also. We will not ever stay here again.

I had 2 nights to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and to have some peace and quiet. It was insufficient. Location was great and conveniently located near hot spots and access to tunnels. The rooms, while spacious, leave something to be desired. It had lots of wear and tear and the bedding was extremely rough. I do not feel like I got my moneys worth. It was also extremely noisy. I know being downtown, traffic cannot be helped. But it sounded like renovation and construction was being done to the room next to mine, the doors of the hotel do not soft close. Service was okay. I’m glad I went over my itemized bill, because I was originally charged for two items that I did not purchase. The gentleman at the front desk had forgotten the room number of the original purchaser and I was the lucky one who had it attached to my bill. Food was good.

It's been difficult to get the shuttle. The disappointment was still after 3 days my trash was not emptied as agreed.

Awful rooms are dirty and there was a cockroach in my room. When I went to ask for a room change she did accommodate the room change. The part that really upset me was she gave me a drink voucher and said “here so you can calm down”. The rooms have paint chipping and smell musty. The first room with the cockroach when I checked for bed bugs like I always do the mattress was stained with what looked like either a urine stain or something even more disgusting. I will not be staying again. Especially because I spent so much on the rooms I expected more of an enjoyable clean experience.

I love the fact that you can text the front desk and they are very responsive. Anytime we needed something someone was sent up right away. The people at the restaurant/bar were very nice. The hotel was clean. Housekeeping was good. I wish there were better directions on how to use the WiFi. I think we had to sign up with our email but they didn’t explain that. Everything else was great.

The location was absolutely great everything was right near us! We were able to walk to most places and if we took ride shares the drive was only a few mins away! Our room was nice and clean! The restaurant downstairs was great for a quick bite to eat when you don’t wanna go out! I would definitely book again when I come back to Houston!
