Beautiful property with historic elements that they kept original or refurbished. Emma at the front desk was a real joy at check-in, very informative and knowledgeable about the property. You could tell she had a passion for the history of it.

We loved our stay and plan to return to this hotel.
Pros:

This is a beautiful property. Very comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Our room was quiet. Walking distance to downtown. Several wine tasting places in the hotel.

Luxury in Walla Walla
Pros:

Great location And great service from the staff and just a wonderful hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained and old-fashioned in the best of ways.

Cons:

It felt both modern and like I was stepping back into the 1950s. The hotel restaurant was great for breakfast.

I’ve stayed at the Marcus Whitman two times now and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Walla Walla.
Pros:

Good location, the updated bar and restaurant is nice. We loved the pillows. Best pillows I’ve had in a hotel.

Cons:

The toilet in our room was very very short. It seemed like it would be the size for a child.
