Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple reviewers praised rooms, bathrooms and common areas as very clean or 'super clean', though a few noted mildew smell from an AC leak and carpet moisture in one room.
Service
9
Staff repeatedly described as kind, friendly and accommodating; a few individual service issues (a front desk check-in delay and a door key failure) reduced an otherwise strong service impression.
Location
9.4
Location repeatedly praised as convenient, central to restaurants and stores and generally ideal for guests.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms noted as comfortable, quiet and spacious with good beds, but some guests reported issues: AC not cooling, AC leaking into carpet, low water pressure, and occasional missing small amenities (slippers, extra towels).
Amenities
8.6
Breakfast, parking and kitchen/coffee areas were appreciated; some amenity problems mentioned (elevator odor, safe/key inconvenience, limited towels, no slippers in one accessible shower).
Value for Money
8.8
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Food and Beverage
8.9
Breakfast was frequently called great and appreciated by guests, though a couple noted limited healthy options.
Overall Experience
8.3
Generally positive stays: clean, quiet and comfortable with helpful staff and good location, tempered by a handful of operational issues (AC, key, check-in timing, small amenity gaps).

Overall the bathroom could be a bit renovated
Pros:

I liked the location

Cons:

I didn’t like that I got a handicap shower and it wasn’t even a pair of slippers to get in (I couldn’t stay with my bare feet in the shower)
