Good value but they may help themselves to your visa and getting a refund is damn near impossible
Pros:

The Hotel is really good value for money. It isn't flash but nothing is a particularly bad either. For a few nights stay it works well.

Cons:

We were charged an extra $40 odd dollars after our stay was completed. This wasn't mentioned at all during our stay, it just appeared one day after on our Visa card. When I took this up with Sam the Manager. who was always pleasant to deal with, he agreed it shouldn't have happened and he would refund it. Two months and 10+ (international) phone calls later we are still no further in getting this dealt with, regardless of constant promises to chase things up, send us update emails etc. At no stage could they provide proof that the refund had been processed and I get the feeling it never was. I can overlook a lot, but taking people's money without asking or telling them is called theft, no matter how it is taken. Then not giving it back when asked...it leaves a sour taste in the mouth.

Cons:

Tried to cancel booking 3 weeks before, contacted them by email and had no response. Room had microwave but no kettle to boil water for a cup of tea. Was told to get hot water from breakfast area. Very expensive and shower was very poor.

Good cheaper one, do not expect too much
Pros:

Breakfast is quite good for the price. Rooms are Big and free Transfer to the airport.

Cons:

Bed linen seems for previous guest. No cribs for babys even they said imthey hace it in services. They dont answers the messages or emails, just phones calls. Personal at recption is not so kind

Pros:

Buena ubicación, limpio y personal muy atento.

Cons:

Tienen servicio de recogida al aeropuerto, pero deben brindar mejor información al respecto, ya que es un poco complicado, sobre todo si eres extranjero, ellos utilizan plataformas de transporte por lo que tienes que ir a esos puntos, pero no lo sabía hasta que llamé al hotel.
