The staff was rude, unorganized and dismissive. The prices that were posted in their commissary store did not match up with what they tried to charge me for laundry detergent. It was posted 3.00$ and I was charged 6.00$. Manager had waited until my husband had left the room and proceeded to try to barge into my room while I was not dressed saying that a smoke alarm was going off there was no smoke alarm going off he said he could smell smoke there was no smoke in the room I told him that I was trying to put some clothes on and he kept trying to barge into the room saying that I need to open the door and that he was calling the police I and planning my son's funeral and had to be at the funeral home within the hour I told my husband who was coming up to the room let's just go we would come back for our stuff the manager then said later on that night when we called to come get our stuff that I was not allowed on the property and I had to pay $500 cash to get my belongings out of the room the next day was a weekend day and I realized that I didn't have my phone that night after unpacking everything they packed up in trash bags he told me I would have to wait until he was back in the office on Monday to get my phone I also booked four days with them I was kicked out on the second day for allegedly smoking in the room their policy states that there was a $150 fine for smoking in the room I was charged two separate charges one was $339 and a separate charge for $300 so I paid for four nights at that room and the extra $300 that I'm not even sure for what on top of $500 cash in the middle of the night to get my belongings back I then came in Monday got my belongings he had me sign a piece of paper and made me hand ride it stating that I was going to be trespassing if I came back on property and that I got the rest of my belongings from them I am still missing a watch I'm missing several articles of clothing not to mention the additional stress pain and...

The staff was really chill and they had free breakfast in the morning

Le micro ondes ne fonctionnait pas, 1 des deux ascenseurs était défectueux, pas de bouchon pour le bain. J’ai rencontré le manager et je lui ai mentionné tout cela. J’avais acheté un plat allant su micro ondes et j’ai du le jeter. J’ai demandé un escompte pour compenser et elle m’a repondu qu’étant donné que j’avais fait affaire avec Booking, ce n’etait pas possible.

Shower was broken. Had to switch rooms because AC wasn’t working properly. No soap

The staff was unprofessional. One gentleman told me on the phone that he was the general manager, however could not accommodate my request to have a accessible room because I am not an elderly person. He then ask me why I needed accommodations as if I would lie about needing an accessible room. The bed was hard and there was no hot water. The water was barely luke warm.
