EXCELLENT!
Pros:

Our stay was amazing in all aspects. We will come back just to stay and to see the staff, they were excellent. We hated to leave. Liz and Lynn and the other staff were so warm and welcoming. It was a great stay. Thank you all!

I'm disappointed at what Hampton Inn used to be versus what it offers today.
Pros:

Coffee in the lobby was excellent, hash browns were excellent, staff was excellent.

Cons:

Wine stains on the wall, our handicap accessible room that we asked for wasn't (no walk in shower for Mom and she had to use the hotel lobby restroom instead of the one in our room because the toilets were too low for her). Eggs were instant? No bacon or sausage. Pillows/bed not very comfy. Rooms dingy and unwelcoming.
