Pros:

Quiet and relaxing as well as close to entertainment.
Pros:

The front office staff was very personable and helpful. Housekeeping was exceptionally efficient and accommodating. Thank you all, especially Rachel!

Cons:

It only had 1 handicap parking spot in front, which surprisingly was always available when we returned for the evening.

Was a good hotel and breakfast but.......
Pros:

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and enjoyed the hot breakfast very much. Rooms were cleaned and restocked very well . Parking was easy. The pool was closed which was disappointing because it rained several days and we hoped to enjoy the big indoor pool. The front desk told us they hoped it would just be one night but it never opened while we were there. We asked for some compensation for this happening and was told we were to get a 30% off which we thought was very generous and were very pleased. However at checkout that did not happen....front desk said the manager would have to do that and he was not available. It has been a week and there has been no compensation and the phone call we left hasn't been answered. So this is very disappointing. I did not want to lower the stars because most everything was positive. Hopefully we will get an answer about this soon.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub was closed for our entire visit and what made it worse was the staff would say we should have it up by such and such time. Then that time would roll around and they would say sorry, now it won’t be open today. That did that every single day we stayed. I think I would have been less aggravated if they would have just said it’s not going to open at all then to give a time frame and nothing. Disappointed because I took my daughter for her 16th birthday with a friend and that was what she wanted to do the most. I chose this hotel since the pool closed at 12:00.

Old but cozy and clean
Pros:

I like how well maintained this old 90's hotel has been kept. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and the ac worked great!

Cons:

The price seemed a bit high considering the age of the place and the 1 elevator was really slow. The breakfast room was closed in and crowded.
