Pros:

Liked everything, bed was comfortable, room was cool and clean, tv was great!!

Cons:

The only thing, we loved the breakfast but missed having bacon or sausage, we did have ham.

We were very comfortable, the rooms were clean and supplied all our needs.

I'd definitely stay there again when in Branson.
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of choices. If you went away hungry it was your own fault.

Poor communication between booking.com and the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel exceeded expectations however booking dot com again dropped the ball. The process was convenient but lacking.

Cons:

We often travel on special occasions and it seems booking doesn't forward notes, comments and special requests to the hotel when making the reservation... even when paid in full. All I asked for was a suprise bouquet of flowers in the room for my wife. This was the second time the hotel had no knowledge of the request. Might be time to start booking direct moving forward.

We’re not planning to return to Branson., but if we did, we would stay here again
Pros:

Wry clean, except for the elevator trash can, which never got emptied the four days we saw it. Very friendly employees. Great breakfasts

Cons:

Pool was not open.
