Cons:

I didn’t know that housekeeping doesn’t clean your room every night so I was surprised when I got in after a long day the next day and my room wasn’t clean other than that. Everything was exceptional.

Pros:

I liked how friendly the staff was. I was able to get an early check-in, which was nice since we were driving for 3 hours.

Cons:

I didn't like how the room wasn't as clean as the reviews claimed it to be. I had an awful experience with bedbugs at another hotel so I have PTSD from that. I did see like two bugs on the bed, not too sure if it was bed bugs because they were tiny. But they def weren't ants

It was perfect for the two nights we were there
Pros:

The staff was great ,especially Veronica at the front desk who was so friendly and went out of her way to accommodate three rooms we had.

Cons:

The only real complaint was our rooms were on the interstate and at night very noticeable noise from traffic
