Overall it was pleasant to stay and very convenience for me to visit my brother down the road.
Pros:

Easy in and out from the parking lot to the room. It was very clean.. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Front desk staff are very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The challenge is to find the exercise room then when I started using the treadmill, the TV was not working. I could not get the full workout. I was disappointed.

Very confusing place to navigate.
Pros:

One staff member was friendly and helpful. There was a TV show I can't normally get at home available.

Cons:

Lots but the main thing was that my daughter is handicapped and walked with a cane. They put us on the top floor supposedly away from noise (the higheay noise was loud). But you cannot get to the front desk or to breakfast inside the building without taking a set of steps. Otherwise you need to walk (or drive) around to come in the front door! And the pool and the fitness room seemed to be up stairs but I couldn't really find it. The breakfast which we had to pay for did not have all items listed on the sign at the entrance and the food was what you normally find for free elsewhere. I also have to mention that the sink stopper didn't work in the bathroom sink. When I first arrived I was told I had to drive around to the A door which wasn't marked. It was not a pleasant experience.

We had a reservation. We checked in. We got to our room, and another party was just leaving the room. They put us both in the same room and gave us the same keys. We had similar names, but that is inexcusable.

Stayed one night for a wrestling tournament. Very clean and easy to navigate such a large hotel! Friendly staff as well!
