Pros:

We have stayed here several times before but before you were renovated. Great location with the restaurant. Nice upgrades and very clean.

Cons:

Cockroach in the bathroom was totally unacceptable. Mentioned it when I checked out and guy never even said sorry or acted alarmed.

The bathroom floor was filthy. They state on their website that they have room service, but when I called dining, it rang and rang, and no one answered twice, so I left. Plus, it's a bit outdated.

Ice scavenger hunt

We love that your near a convenience store.

Cons:

it was a scavenger hunt for a working ice machine....... I was on the 4th floor.....
Normal signs said go to the 3rd floor...... then that sign too the first floor *laundry room*


Just tell people when checking in "im so so sorry but the only working ice machine we have in on the first floor. "....... and maybe offer an ice bucket. *depending what floor*
