it was a great stay up to the time I broke my foot
Pros:

very nice looking hotel easy way to get in and out nice pool and hot tub. everything kept clean. rooms were very clean and comfortable. parking was easy

Cons:

well I broke my foot on the corner of the bed from as it stuck out further then most beds .when I went to check out .itried to tell the Lady ate the front desk about me hitting my foot on the corner of there bed frame she answers the phone .gave me back my deposit And lash said was ham sorry hope I have a good day and said good by . I went to the hospital they verified my toes were broke .I reported it to customer relations a month ago .when I called back they said its the Hotels fault that there insurance company would be calling me in 2 more days well it took them over a month to contact me .I had to threaten them with a attorney before I got a response

Best bang for the buck!
Pros:

We were impressed! The locations was fantastic! (The metro train near by was quiet and we never heard it!) quick access to the bay and beaches. The beds were super soft and cozy like a cloud. AC worked great. Everything was clean and nicely renovated. It was so affordable we expected it to be low quality but it was great! We loved it! We stayed in the king deluxe for the whole weekend and will definitely be staying here again.

This place isn't worth being called a dog kennel let alone a motel

the location

Cons:

the place is dirty and noisy -- impossible to get any rest with the slamming of the breakfast room door by their closing mechanism - I mentioned this to management who were not concerned and said" best western makes us do it" . the walk ways were filled with dirt and smashed marijuana cigs that were left sitting for days _ It has all the making of a slum : noisy, dirty, not worth th money payed and management with little concern.

Pros:

Clean, reasonably quiet at night, comfortable.

Cons:

No laundry, no bike parking. They did however give me a wheelchair-friendly room to make it easier to keep the bike inside, which I found spacious.

Hotel was in a convenient location & room was comfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast was good & had the regular choices, such as pastries, cereal, coffee, juices, etc

Cons:

My room was near the office & entrance so it was a bit noisy with the guests coming and going, but it quieted down later in the evening.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

How clean the rooms were and the somewhat friendly staff.

Cons:

The breakfast room was dirty and full of nats, the elevator kept skipping (hasn't been evaluated since 2023), the rooms trimming was coming off and cause my son to trip down the stair in our room. It was more of a hassle to make sure my kids wouldn't get hurt than to relax.

Cons:

Location was good, breakfast was really good, also there was additional huge parking space. Staff was very friendly. Only concern was that the water cooler was right outside my room and that it was leaking all the time and that when everyone used to use the lobby all the guests' shoes were getting soiled and the flooring of the room was getting spoiled.
