За такую же цену можно найти гораздо более чистые и честные варианты. Категорически не рекомендую этот отель.

Плюсов, к сожалению, не заметила

Cons:

Очень разочарована проживанием в этом отеле. Уровень чистоты просто недопустимый: душ был грязный, с налётом, душевая лейка старая и облезшая, занавеска снизу чёрная от грязи. Полотенца висели с пятнами, выглядели так, будто их вообще не стирали. Более того, на постели были чужие волосы, что вообще недопустимо и вызывает серьёзные вопросы к гигиене.

В целом номер был в плохом состоянии и явно не убран должным образом. Ощущение, что за чистотой здесь просто не следят. Вид из окна — на стройку, что только усилило негативное впечатление.

Отдельно возмутило отношение к гостям: при заселении потребовали залог 50 евро, о котором заранее нигде не было сказано. Также в мини-баре стояли бутылки воды без какой-либо информации о том, что они платные. Уже позже выяснилось, что за них берут около 3 евро за бутылку. Это выглядит как намеренное введение гостей в заблуждение.

Solides Hotel am Rande des Bahnhofsviertels
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zum Bahnhof hin gelegen und gehört auf jeden Fall zu den besseren am Rande des Bahnhofsviertels. Die Zimmer sind super sauber und auch für eine Nacht wird man sehr freundlich behandelt!

Cons:

Einige Gebrauchsspuren sind leider nicht zu übersehen. Kleinteile fallen gerne mal ab. Mit dem Fön hatte ich leider auch Probleme. Die Rezeption hat auch entsprechende Infos erhalten und lässt alles hoffentlich reparieren.

Die Schallisolierung ist katastrophal, ich konnte Schritte meiner Nachbarn von oben besonders gut hören und hatte das Gefühl, dass jemand mein Gehirn kratzte. Und das war ein Comfort-Zimmer!

Pros:

La relation qualité / prix est imbattable, tel qu’on peut bien pardonner l’un ou l’autre petit dysfonctionnement d’un équipement. Et surtout, le personnel est poli et serviable, on se sent bien accueilli !

Cons:

Ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, mais parcourir les rues adjacentes demande un effort de résilience envers la drogue, la prostitution et les nations unies squattant les trottoirs.
