Personal muy amable. El secador de la habitación no funcionaba y nos dejaron otro. Limpieza diaria, muy bien. Camas y baño limpio. Ubicación inmejorable.

Cons:

Hacía muchísimo calor y teníamos que dormir con el ventilador encendido. Huéspedes ruidosos con la música hasta las tantas. El hotel está viejo y obviamente necesita una reforma. La moqueta muy sucia...

Cons:

Cuando entraron a limpiar la habitación dejaron la puerta abierta menos mal que no entró nadie y nos alojábamos en el 4° piso y el ascensor estaba fuera de servicio.

La struttura è situata in una posizione perfetta e super comoda per spostarsi, la stanza era accettabile sopratutto quella che avevamo noi con balcone, per il resto l’hotel è un po’ vecchiotto e dovrebbe essere ristrutturato, ma per il resto va più che bene

La posizione era eccellente! Uno dei posti migliori dove io abbia mai viaggiato come punto strategico!
A due passi dall'underground Elizabeth, che collega in 3 minuti ad Oxford street e 5 min al centro!
Pur essendo attaccata all'hotel, non si sentiva niente!
Pieno di locali dove poter mangiare, e sotto l'hotel a sinistra una delle pasticcerie più goduriose che ci siano!!!!
A neanche 10 min a piedi da Hide Park e Nottingh Hill!
Veramente 10 elode!

Cons:

Niente, l'hotel all'interno (scale e ascensore) un pochino vecchietto ma tenuto benissimo!
I bagni grandi e tenuti bene e la stanza molto bella!

Easy stay for one night, no more than that.

Staff weren’t that welcoming, very old building but to be expected. The rooms do need work, as I had a giant hole in my bathroom door and the curtains weren’t great.
