The receptionist was very impolite. He treated us in a condescending manner and spoke to us with noticeable sarcasm. His attitude was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome.

Pas de climatisation et seulement la possibilité d’entrouvrir la fenêtre côté rue très bruyante ! Très difficile de dormir. Très déçu par cet hôtel alors que cela fait 5 ou 6 ans que nous y venons

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel.

Upon arrival, the hotel was unable to locate my booking despite me presenting a valid confirmation. After a considerable wait and unnecessary stress, the issue was eventually resolved, but only after confusion and delays.

One of the night reception staff members, Pankaj, was particularly rude and unhelpful when we asked genuine questions. Good customer service should be a basic expectation, and unfortunately this was lacking throughout our stay.

The room description advertised a queen bed; however, the bed provided was clearly a standard double bed. This is misleading and does not match what was advertised when booking.

The hotel itself was also uncomfortably hot, particularly on the floor where our room was located. We were forced to leave the windows open simply to make the room bearable.

The most frustrating aspect of our stay relates to the refund. Due to the issues experienced, hotel staff advised that we would receive a full refund. Based on this assurance, we chose not to stay for the second night of our two-night booking and left after the first night. Despite this promise, the hotel is now refusing to honour the refund. During our time at reception, there were also several other guests queuing with complaints and requesting refunds, which suggests our experience was not an isolated incident.

Overall, the combination of booking issues, poor customer service, misleading room descriptions, uncomfortable room conditions, and failure to honour commitments has left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel and would advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodation.

La climatisation ne marchait pas - outre le problème technique qui peut advenir, il était assez fatiguant de recevoir des informations contraires à chaque fois que l'on demandait (une fois c'était tout l'hôtel, d'autres fois que certaines chambres, etc). Je regrette aussi que des solutions alternatives n'aient pas été proposées, par exemple le prêt de ventilateur, changer de chambre, changer d'établissement. Il faisait 25° dans la chambre et jusqu'à 27 dans certains espaces commun. Je tiens toutefois à souligner le professionnalisme Julia et Stéphane lors de mon départ anticipé.

I came early the waiting time for the check in.other than that everything was great the staff was very nice.

Trop chaud dans la chambre (pas possible de régler) et dans les parties communes

Pas de clim malgré les 35 degrés, le cocktail de bienvenue que je n'ai pu avoir, les chambres sont très petites. Pour presque 180 euros la nuit j'espérais mieux.
