Amazing staff and comfortable room in a prime location.
Pros:

The room was ready before check in, it was warm, clean and comfortable. The shower was superb and the bed very comfortable. The staff were amazingly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

The pillows were too springy and so not so comfortable.

Location of hotell amazing.very central

Cons:

Little bits of extras not supplied..ie sleepers,toothpaste, toothbrush...breakfast...also tv was mot working..for the money of daily rate it should have been included..staff too were trying their best

Cons:

Guy in the room next to me didn’t acknowledge his phone alarm at 5am but I can’t fault the hotel for that. 😆

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better. More egg options like scrambled or sunny side up and some more meat options as well like bacon and sausage. Also, it would be nice to have a self-serving coffee and tea station rather than having to ask the staff every time. Breakfast overall was still decent though.
