Great location and the staff were fantastic!
Nothing
The room was very good. The hotel location is perfect for shopping.
The staff were helpful and nice.
Rooms are a bit small.
No lobby.
Close to the centre, easy walking to bars and restaurants.
Fantastic room and services. Bed was so comfortable.
Dont really have a negativeill
Good location
Dusty rooms, Paper thin joining door to the next room resulting in a disturbed sleep - Told reception multiple times
Didn’t use.
Room way too small. Ps. Would be nice if the photographer wouldn’t use wide angle lens to make the room appear larger. Photo trick.
I liked having my room on the second floor, away from the exits and the elevator. I also liked having additional towels, water, and robes available. The bed was comfortable and more than accommodating for me. The staff was friendly, pleasant, and helpful in answering any questions I had about the surrounding area and arranging transportation.
I wasn't unhappy with anything about my stay. My only wish was that there was an opportunity or availability for listening to music rather than watching television.
Location of the hotel was perfect. Close to everything central Dublin, very walkable but quiet enough to sleep. Great rooms with a comfortable bed. Nothing crazy fancy, bar was a bit lacking but service at the front desk was impeccable.
This hotel was in a fantastic location, with easy access to almost everything. Our room was a decent size, super clean, well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked really well, and the shower had great water pressure. The TV was a bit of a pain and wasn’t a Smart TV, but we barely used it so it wasn’t a big deal. We got a rate that included breakfast. This is one of the first times that I’ve felt like breakfast was really worth it - the food was amazing (Asian inspired), plentiful, and with great service. The guys at the front desk were always happy to help. If I were forced to point out negatives, they would be that there really isn’t a lobby and that the elevator is hilariously slow.
Overall, a great stay. I am super hotel picky, and I would not hesitate to stay here again if I’m ever in Dublin.
The Arthaus is the perfect location for a stay in Dublin. Just off the crowded path, still Dunnes and Costa and Zara and the Temple Bar area are all nearby. This boutique hotel is a joyful place to stay, friendly & helpful staff, lovely dining on site, and the artwork is charming. While rooms are minimalistic in size, the beds is comfortable and the bathrooms sufficient. Loved the walk--in shower which always had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Rooms do not have refrigerators but who needs it when there's so many wonderful places to eat nearby. This is an excellent choice for a stay in Dublin if it's quiet you like and convenience you need.
Oriel and other staff at reception were the best ! So friendly and ready to help - incl. a last min rebooking because of a flight cancellation.
Location of the hotel is perfect, super central but quiet and room was spacious and graciously decorated.
Breakfast is a bit weird… the „continental“ offer is poor (very cheap impression for a „boutique „ hotel) so they offer some more „sophisticated“ warm dishes - but not sure what to make of them.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel!! Everywhere you look, you see beautiful art and attention to detail. The room was spacious, everything felt and worked as if it were brand new, and the staff we all so kind! Oriel checked our group out when we left and was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. The ONLY thing I was missing was a mini fridge, but there were multiple convenience stores within a couple of blocks, so I just had to go frequently rather than getting larger items that needed to stay cold. The hotel was very close to a beautiful big green space, temple bar, and lots of shopping. We easily walked to Celtic Nights dinner show, Christchurch Cathedral, and the Guinelness storehouse. If I ever return, I will be staying here again, and I highly reccomend it!
