This will always be my stay when in Southampton.
Pros:

This is my go to hotel due to large unit which makes you feel like your home and not in a tight stuffy hotel room. Close enough to good restaurants in Southampton and Hampton Bays. Always go to Old Montauk highway and not the main road to head east or west.

Cons:

I would enjoy a hot tub but there is nothing I don’t like about this place. The doors are really heavy but that makes me feel safe.

Pros:

Should have complimentary continental breakfast foods.

Cons:

Getting onto the main road. The traffic is heavy and there is not a traffic light to stop or slow down the heavy traffic. Almost impossible to make a left turn due to the heavy speeding cars.

Very Spacious Overall
Pros:

I appreciated the private hallway entryway, and I liked that the bedroom was fully separate from the living room. Both spaces had their own TVs, and the suite felt very spacious overall. The beds were nice and firm, which made for a comfortable stay. It’s also an easy, short drive to the beach.

Cons:

I found myself wishing there had been a larger trash can or an easily accessible outdoor dumpster for guest use, as the current setup felt a bit limited.

Wonderful Stay!
Pros:

Nice Place, New and Comfortable
Pros:

Location was quiet and lovely. The room was very clean, comfortable and bright in decor. The noise level was very quiet and the person at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast coffee was good but no muffin or cookies offered. Best to go into town. All in all it's worth the money.

Cute place. Great location. Great shower

Cons:

Beds werent that comfortable. I feel like they may have had some water damage. It did have a little musty smell initially and i did notice the flooring coming up near the air conditioner unit in living room. Also i think the people above us had a dog with them. I kept hearing like running above us very late at night. If it was a dog, maybe keep guest with their pet away from those without
