The Bentley Hotel Southampton

Location close to beaches and village; staff was wonderful; rooms are very nice size and kitchenette is perfect.

Good rooms! Pool is awesome

Nicely appointed rooms with lovely lanai and easy access to the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free parking pass to several local beaches.

I was very impressed with the rooms (very well equipped, spacious, comfortable) and the thoughtfulness of the staff. We traveled with a dog, who also loved the enclosed backyard. Highly recommend.

The property was well kept and very welcoming. Staff made check in extremely easy. The back patio area on the ground floor is fantastic and a great place to watch the sunset.

What an AMAZING stay! The hotel is centrally located from the highway and Shinecock Hills, Close beaches, and plenty of quality dining choices in the surrounding area. This smaller sized boutique hotel offers something most others do not in the area, tremendous hospitality. I especially want to recognize the friendliness of the staff who went over and above to make our stay very enjoyable. Leah, is the backbone of this establishment and is a very hard working manager that merits praise. Her staff, Kristie and Christian, among a few others were very accommodating, and extremely friendly. This is a direct result of Leah's leadership skills. We could not ask for a warmer welcome and stay. Check in was a breeze, and they let us check in early and check out late. At first glance, this hotel looks like a motel, but it isn't. The outer door leads to a hallway to a very. nicely appointed suite. We were pleasantly surprised to see the upgraded room, and well appointed fixetures in our one bedroom king suite. There is a kitchenette with a Keureg coffee maker loaded with coffee, a 3/4 sized apartment fridge with freezer, microwave, and dining table. There is a record player, and records are available to borrow at the front desk. The bathroom has a nice stand up shower with adjustable wand shower hear. The living room area was appointed with; two couches in the main living area, and a very nice private balcony with nice furniture. Everything looked new and was spotless clean inside. Both the bedroom and living room had large flat screen tv's with all smart features. There is no elevator but this hotel only has two floors, so if mobility is an issue first floor is a must. Personally I would suggest the second floor king one bedroom for your stay if this suits your needs. We couldn't have had a nicer stay. What an absolute gem in Southampton. Thank you again to Leah for making us feel more like family than guests. You commitment to excellence and continuous hospitality during our stay truly lives up to Hyatt expectations of service and tremendous staff. We will return to this hotel. We did not have time to enjoy the pool, but it was very clean, and had plenty of outdoor chaise lounges and various other types of seating. The grounds were maintained to perfection, and housekeeping was wonderful.
