Cons:

Wall paper peeling through put
Surfaces visibly dirty

The room was freezing when we arrived - they did not even check that room for readiness before arrival

Would highly recommend.
Pros:

It was convenient to the shops and restaurants. The spacious rooms .the decor was lovely. Staff friendly and provided anything we needed.

Cons:

there was no type of breakfast. The nearby highway was very busy making access dangerous at times.

convuent and comfortable room with 2 large 65" TV and nice large bathroom.
Pros:

location and large spacious room. beds comfortable. balcony, large TV and plenty of places charge phones

Cons:

no elevator but staff helped to take bags to and from room. so no problem but if you cant walk up stairs ask for ground floor. couldnt get coffee maker to work also :(

Pros:

Rooms very clean and contemporary.

Cons:

Can be noisy as insulation between floors not great. Tv in living area lost sound and know one was there to fix it. To be fair it did happen on the weekend but it should have had a handyman available.

excellent location, convenient to the town of Southampton as well as both 27 and 27 a beaches and all other sites one wo
Pros:

beautifully renovated in a contemporary modern style. The accommodations are quite spacious with a separate bedroom and a large central living area with sledding doors, including a screen door out to a patio area adjacent to a large lawn. The kitchen area has a nice size refrigerator and microwave as well as a cured coffee maker. There are two sinks, ample storage space, drawers, and hangers, etc. the bathroom is completely updated.

Cons:

I would just mention that we really like being on the first floor until a couple nights into our stay. It appeared that a family was assigned the room directly above us, and they were very loud with constant little feet scattering across the floor above us. We contacted the front desk and the situation was was handled either the family checked out or they moved.
