Would not go there again. We splurged on it thinking it would be a treat. Go to a cheaper hotel.
Pros:

The outside court yard was really pretty.

Cons:

Our room was supposed to have a balcony. I was closed for repair. No notification.
When we arrived we asked if we should make a reservation for dinner and was told we would not need one. When we tried to go to dinner we were told they were not seating anyone without a reservation. Seemed very understaffed.

I love the location, and the room, and courtyard. To stay again I would need a different bed.
Pros:

The room was really nice. It was clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

I really did not like the mattress or the pillows. The mattress was very old and soft, which a huge depression. I ended up having to sleep sideways, where the pillows were. Since it was a king bed that was doable. I also think the pillows were pretty bad - very lumpy. But that could be more of a personal preference, vs the bed which was downright terrible.
The other problem I had was with noise. I either was unlucky and just got a very noisy neighbor, or the walls (with the adjoining door) are very thin. I had to ask him to turn down his TV (which he did), but then later he made a phone call, on speaker phone, and I could hear the entire conversation. Later in the night, when I couldn't sleep, I could hear him playing a game on his phone - all the beeps. I will add that I am deaf in one ear and do not have amazing hearing.

Cons:

There was a constant sound of running water and at night when you’re trying to sleep it is very disruptive. I was told I couldn’t change rooms that it was that way everywhere and that is not provided a comfortable environment.

It was the best hotel I have ever stayed it.
Pros:

The whole place was absolutely beautiful. It was the best sleep I have had in a long time. We will be booking this hotel again in the future.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like. The only thing was the price of food in the bar but that is the prices of everything now. I have no problems at all.

Pros:

Breakfast was great!!!

Cons:

Breakfast was severely short staffed. It seemed there was one waitress for several tables. It was super busy due to the doll convention. I felt so sorry for the waitress. She did an excellent job. I hope she got a bonus!!!

I stayed at this hotel while picking up my daughter from university. The place itself is nice, but unfortunately, the service from the staff wasn’t the best. Maybe it was because we’re Latino, but their attitude toward us felt a little strange and made us feel somewhat uncomfortable.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was that when we arrived, the person at the front desk wasn’t friendly and was very short with us.

Location and staff were very nice and helpful even though they were very busy.

Cons:

The rooms are a good size, but the whole hotel is looking "tired." Carpet in room and hallways is very worn. The tub was a garden tub, difficult to get in and out of for shower. You need to clean outside of the hotel, lots of dirt and mold.

An exceptional hotel experience.
Pros:

Our room was clean and beautiful. All the staff from the front desk to the pub were very friendly and courteous. Beds were so comfortable . I would go back there.
