The bed was comfortable, staff was nice and quick to any issues, and loved that they had a dog park - not something you see at hotels. Oh and that was such a cool gym they had wish I had a chance to use it.

Valet team and our Bellman were amazing! Top notch customer service and valet team was able to get my car in and out quickly multiple times during our stay. Front desk staff were also very friendly and accommodating. We love this hotel and they allow us to bring our pets.

Ended up staying at the Whitney Peaks Hotel for three straight days because of snow canceling my work events. Service was top-notch from the front desk to the restaurant to valet, who helped me clean off my rental car when he brought it to me because I was not able to reach the top of the car. Bed was comfy, room was cozy, and I guess it’s in a good location but again I didn’t leave the hotel so I don’t really know. But it’s only 10 minutes to the airport, so that’s good too.

Hotel location is perfect! I love how they’re are dog friendly and my pups even got a little courtesy gift bag. Hotel is very well maintained, cleaner than a lot of hotels I’ve stayed in, within walking distance of the casinos and even a dog park right down the street. Rooms are a decent size, very clean, and staff is friendly. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Whitney Peak Hotel Reno, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and in a convenient location, which made getting around Reno easy.

What stood out the most was Sydney at the front desk. She was professional and efficient, but also personable — we ended up chatting briefly about our dogs, which made the check-in feel friendly and genuine. She handled everything smoothly and made a real effort to connect with guests, which isn’t something you notice often.

Sydney made the start of our stay easy and welcoming, and her presence definitely added a positive, personal touch to the experience. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend the hotel, in large part because of her excellent service.

Very nice hotel right in the heart of downtown Reno. Two blocks from train station.4 blocks from Truckee River. Definitely designed for active adults and families. Very nice rooms up to usual Hilton standards. All staff were friendly and helpful, especially Joseph, the night manager at the front desk. Helped me with my reservations which I had messed up. Very accommodating. Upper floor executive lounge was large and nicely furnished, but food choices were disappointing- both in the mornings and afternoons. Will definitely come back for convenience and quality of the hotel.

Our stay here was a great kickoff to our ski weekend! Alisha from the executive lounge made us feel so welcomed!

Very clean nice staff and great rates

Our stay was good! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Parking is located across the street, which was convenient. We didn’t try it, but there’s a cool outdoor climbing wall that’s great for climbing enthusiasts. The lobby was nice and welcoming. Overall, a solid stay in downtown Reno!

Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly & helpful but I would like to recognize Josh who really went out of his way to make us feel welcome! Thank u for making our stay special. JPennington
