They charged me for a water which I didn’t touch, funny.

Great stay in Reno
Pros:

Great hotel in a great location. Hotel was clean and comfortable. On site hotel was also a plus. Room was very spacious (I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite), and clean. Service and staff was also great from the valet to the front desk.

Would definitely recommend.

Pros:

The room was nice. 2 queen beds, large enough for a bigger family. I liked how the window was able to be open some to let fresh air in. I liked how they put my name on the TV.

Cons:

Bathroom was on the smaller side. Sink didnt drain well. Toilet didnt flush well. Smelled musty in the room. I didnt like the parking situation.

Rooms were clean and spacious, and the air in the common areas smelled clean unlike the adjacent casinos, which was stale and smoky.

Request for adjacent rooms was quickly dismissed, no attempt to find any close together until pressed.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
Pros:

Room was quiet. Good view from the room. Pets are allowed. Security you have to use a room key to operate the elevator.

Cons:

The grilled chicken sandwich from the restaurant was over cooked, i.e. too dry.

Quieter than casino hotels, low key ambiance and staff, staff not rude or so money oriented as others, very helpful,

Cons:

$20 daily for valet was a ripoff ... 2 moves over 4 days ... they only had to park my car once (at initial check in) and bring it to the door on the day I checked out .... Lot was open ground lot with no security ... Also toilet paper was very thin lol

Very nice rooms. Good but expensive breakfast. Breakfast staff not adequately trained. Lock on food refrigerator and night staff want specific information to open it was a real turn off. Loved the photos in the hallway.
