Cons:

The staff member charged my card, after I provided her with a different card and she used that. When checking out I spoke with the manager and I advised me he would cancel the charge on my card and I have yet to see a reversal. Had to call my bank!!

Overall, the stay was disappointing and basic services were not properly provided.
Cons:

Our stay at Microtel Palm Coast was extremely disappointing. When we first entered the room assigned to us, the toilet contained feces even though a sanitation seal had been placed across the seat, indicating it had supposedly been cleaned. We immediately reported this and had to change rooms.

After moving rooms and dealing with key issues, we finally got settled, only to discover the shower had no hot water. We let it run for more than 10 minutes but the water remained cold, so we had to shower with cold water.

When we raised these issues, the hotel refused to issue a refund and said that because we completed the stay they could not do anything. However, it was late at night and we could not switch hotels.

Between the unsanitary condition of the first room and the lack of hot water in the final room, basic lodging services were not provided. This experience was very frustrating and not what we expected. I hope management takes steps to ensure these issues are addressed so future guests do not have the same experience.

The location was perfect & The staff was friendly

The location and the staff were very friendly

Cons:

The initial room that we were given was not fully cleaned and smelled like smoke . The woman who was working at the time of our check-in was kind enough to switch our room . But the the hotel smells like perfume trying to cover up the smells :/

Cons:

We was never told the water was contaminated with a dark color yellow. I spent over $42 in Core water to wash body,rinse mouth after teeth brushing and hand wash. Was told they had no complentry water. The TV was broken maintenance did fix on our 2nd night there. Then was told about a hotel fee $29.95 a night. Never was given nothing to compensate me in anyway.

Not worth the price I paid
Pros:

Good location and that’s about it

Cons:

In the room there was no toiletries, dried up food or vomit on the floor, leak in the tub in the bathroom and our NON SMOKING room wreaked of marijuana.
