Didn't get breakfast and the location was ok
The pool was very dirty
tv, the lobby looked better than the bathroom floors, moved to a better room. The maintenance man did a great job fixing shower control knob.
Our first room the toilet flush handle stopped working, our 2nd room the shower hot/cold control didn't work, they fixed it. Some towels stained. The bathroom tiles looked dirty. A toilet paper roll was stained, like it got wet before putting out. Didn't use. The pool was green, pump wasn't working, alot of chlorine. Stagnant looking. Didn't use.
If I could i would give it a neg rating. We had power go out due to storm but Didn't even end up a staying but a few hrs only to let my mom with congestive heart failure cool off cuz hard for her breathe in heat.
Very Dirty. Had c to keep shoes on cuz floors way very Dirty like never vacuumed or mopped. Tv & mirror had a film smudge across whole thing(both of them).When i arrived to check in it took 30 to 45minutes to even get checked in & get a room cuz room i booked online wasnt available when i got there(queen suite)on first floor that I already pd for & had none of them available so I had to take what they had which was a queen double bed & pd the same amount they didn't even give me a discount for the inconvenience. Construction in parking lot blocking way to get to room so had to go all the way around the whole place to get in and out when room was rite by the entrance that was blocked with yellow tape. Beds felt like they were wet maybe from air conditioning condensation but was so bad they were actually damp. Stains on bedding and on towels but looked like towels were just dirty not actually a stain. Sticky stuff on plastic to the cups & ice bucket. Toilet & tub were dirty & garbage had stuff in it. When I brang it to their attention the other employee(not the one working at desk)said only one they had available as she was telling co worker she was going to take a shower in one of the rooms then would be back.
Their was a pool and they cleaned the parking lot good
The trash in our bathroom was not taking out so it had old tampons in it our microwave did not work half of our room didn't have power for a few hrs.
Price was good. Mostly quiet
Bfast was lacking.

Everything else. The place was filthy dirty and it smelled bad. Bathroom was especally dirty.
The room was fine for the price, but the staff was unreasonable, lazy, crude, and outright rude!
The way staff talked to customers, the service was horrible. You couldn't just go get towels and bedding, we had to strip the bed and take the bedding and towels to be washed. We had no bedding or towels for hours while we waited for them to "wash" them.
