~Good choice for a Riverbend Concert~
Pros:

I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews. But I've learned you can't always please everyone! Stayed here while in the area for a concert at Riverbend Music Center, which was within about 20 mins. The room was mostly clean (I did find a few hairs behind the bathroom door); I felt safe, and would stay again if in the area.

Eh, much too expensive for what it was.
Pros:

Proximity to the concert venue was convenient

Cons:

The non smoking room smelled like smoke, no hot water for shower, very threadbare blanket. Was double charged for the stay, though that was corrected promptly when I brought it to their attention.

Very clean. Everything very clean.

Cons:

The free breakfast was ICE COLD. Never had a hotel serve ice cold biscuits out of the fridge (they were precooked) and cold gravy. Even the sausage links were luke warm at best. And we got there about 6:30. Absolutely disgusting. I'm pretty sure hot food (gravy and sausage) is not supposed to be served less than 145, and if it was reheated 165 then maintained above 145. I didn't expect much for free breakfast but wow! Absolutely horrible. We stay at a lot of hotels. Never ever seen that before.

Weekend stay
Pros:

Great location, right off the interstate. The staff were all super nice and the breakfast was great and well stocked. The beds were pretty comfortable and our room was quiet even with the hotel being full.

Cons:

The room smelled like it used to be a smoking room, some of the towels and washcloths in the room looked dingy. Over all, I can't complain.

Pros:

Clean rooms, no bugs.

Cons:

The rooms were clean, yet in need of repair. The shower was missing the handicap handle and there was just a giant hole in the shower wall where it should have been.
It was a decent place to stay for one night.
