Hier komen we graag terug
Pros:

Ondanks de ligging in het centrum is de omgeving van het hotel rustig en is het een prima uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen. De ontvangst door het personeel was meer dan voorbeeldig en het ontbijt is zeer royaal.

Aangenaam hotel in het centrum van Mechelen. Vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer en lekker ontbijt. Een aanrader als je Mechelen (al wandelend) wil ontdekken.

Ideale uitvalsbasis om mechelen te verkennen
Pros:

Locatie op loopafstand van het oude centrum. Aan details gedacht zoals een welkomstcadeau voor de kinderen, voldoende kussens met keuze in hardheid, extra verzorgingsproducten op verzoek verkrijgbaar.

Cons:

Kosten voor het parkeren van de auto vond ik prijzig. Al mochten we de dag van Uitchecken wel langer blijven staan

Goed maar zet die airco aan!
Pros:

Locatie is top! Alles lopend kunnen doen (shoppen in het centrum en cultuur snuiven). Ook de parking was super waar we onze twee auto’s kwijt konden. Ontbijt was lekker en compleet, werd voortdurend aangevuld. Twee van onze drie hotelkamers lagen bij elkaar.

Cons:

Het was verschrikkelijk heet op de kamers. Wij waren met 7 volwassenen, 3 hotelkamers en helaas amper kunnen slapen vanwege de hitte. De airco blies geen koude lucht. Na aankaarten bij de receptie werd aangegeven dat het nog op winter instelling stond. Belachelijk als het buiten een paar dagen lang al 20 graden Celsius is (midden april). Ook hadden we een extra pas gevraagd en werd er een pas van een andere kamer gegeven die niet de onze was. Erg slordig dat de dubbelcheck uitbleef.

Fijn centraal verblijf in een gezellige stad
Pros:

De ligging en de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding zijn top. Lekker bed en een fijn ontbijtbuffet.

Cons:

Het was erg warm in de kamer, ondanks dat ik de ventilatie op koel had staan. Dat zorgde wel voor een wat rommelige slaap.

Clean and nice hotel, great breakfast, but too hot in the room
Pros:

The staff was very nice, especially the man who was working, he was a delight! Also, the woman who was working/suppyling the breakfast buffet was lovely. The breakfast had a delicious variety of salty and sweet options. The room was clean and the location is great.

Cons:

The AC did not work, apparently, and the room was VERY WARM for April. I wonder if they were apprehensive about turning the heat off too early in the season or something.... I'm not sure, but the room was far too warm, and when we tried to turn the aircon/fan on, it only blew hot air. This made for very unpleasant sleeping, so I hope they fix this soon. Regardless of this, the hotel was a very nice experience.

A clean, comfortable and quiet hotel in the centre of Mechelen.
Pros:

The staff were excellent and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable, and breakfast options were good. Although in the centre on Mechelen, the hotel was quiet. Also good that the hotel has a secure car park.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. Our stay was good.
