Staffs are professional and friendly.
I'm really enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning. The breakfast ladies are very nice, especially Olga. She's always the first person to serve with a big smile.

Cons:

The hotel is under construction, but so far don't disturb the guests very much.

Pros:

Very clean very comfortable and that stuff is absolutely amazing and the breakfast was good and hot and filling

Cons:

They don’t have parking so you are forced to pay the $45 per valet parking

Will not return, ever, to a Hampton Inn property until I hear they've replaced the seating.
Pros:

A fabulously helpful front desk supervisor named Rae, a good breakfast and a pretty good location for the theater district were the pluses.

Cons:

The room chair, breakfast area chairs and, worse still, the toilet were all way too short for the average American, hard to sit down on and, especially if one is a senior, harder to stand up from. I suspect the owners got a deal on a warehouse full of seating made for domestic sale and use in an East Asian country where the average person is shorter. It's hard to comprehend why facilities management thought it was a good idea to save a few bucks and inflict all that discomfort on guests in Los Angeles, USA.
