Un hôtel confortable et très bien situé, juste à côté de la gare.
Pros:

Ma chambre était spacieuse, bien équipée, avec un literie très confortable. L'accueil était très agréable. J'ai très bien dîné, le soir, au restaurant de l'hôtel. Rien à redire !

Excelente hotel para visitar Nantes.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación (el hotel está ubicado justo a un lado de la estación central), personal sumamente amable y desayuno bien servido y delicioso.

Cons:

La ducha estaba a unos pasos de la cama, separada solo mediante un panel de vidrio y una cortina semiopaca. Algo incómodo si se comparte el cuarto.

Staff extremamente simpático e acolhedor. Em especial a Sofia, que fez o nosso check-in e foi sempre muito prestável, dando-nos informações muito úteis sobre os transportes e a cidade em geral.

Gostámos bastante do quarto, muito confortável, com uma cama excelente e almofadas ótimas. Tudo estava impecavelmente limpo. O pequeno-almoço também superou as expectativas, com boa qualidade e variedade.

Foi uma experiência muito positiva e recomendamos vivamente este hotel.

L’accueil du personnel au top, en particulier à l’accueil.

Cons:

Rien de grave, la distance par rapport à l’aéroport de Nantes est légèrement supérieur, que ce qui est annoncé, mais le quartier l’emplacement et le stationnement en sous-sol compense.

Overpriced and disappointing
Pros:

Location was good, reception staff were friendly, nice bar and lounge area

Cons:

This is a very overpriced hotel for the type of rooms and service provided.
The rooms are very small and quite dark. They are also lacking basic provisions such as a bin and an iron.
The service is very hit and miss. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, but elsewhere they were unorganised and a bit all over the place. Need a plate at breakfast? It’s a drama. Want to get a drink from the bar in the evening? No, the staff are busy eating their dinner and laugh at you when you look bemused at the situation.
They didn’t come to clean my room until 5.30 pm one evening, which was too late. I needed the room to get ready for the evening. And one afternoon when I had put the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door, they came barging in anyway.
The food in the restaurant was pretty average. Bland breakfast options, if you can get any. They ran out of hot food at 8 am one morning. And mass produced food in the evenings.
I feel pretty ripped off to be honest. £200 a night for this is not good enough. I would avoid coming here again.
