Pros:

The cost is very reasonable and I understand getting what I paid for. However....

Cons:

There was only 1 trash can. It had old trash in it. The bathroom sink seals were broken and the sink was coming off the wall. There were no hangers. The chair did not look like i could sit in it. Stuffing was protruding so badly it looked like a piece of fabric just laying on top.

Cons:

The fact I booked for a Jacuzzi room and when I called to check on reservation he says "well we don't have Jacuzzi rooms at all so we just made it a king". That was the day of my stay.

Chance it elsewhere dirty and gross

The staff was kind and understanding of the situation

Cons:

It was absolutely filthy and for a non-smoking room it reeked of second hand smoke. Bedding was used, bloody and covered in someone else's food and stains (iykyk) the floors were dirty and had we not just spent hours driving to the locationWe would have left immediately, but I was trapped in a contract through booking

My next door room was being so loud with the tv, the property is quit except that one.
Tv was at the minimum on channel but relatively clean room.

Kathy from the front desk is wonderful. Always so polite, so helpful, and always has a smile on her face. She also makes it a point to remember faces and names.

Cons:

This place could have easily earned a 9-star rating, but why did it offer free breakfast when I booked, which wasn't actually provided, and it seems like it hasn't been like this for a long time? This is very disappointing. Why don't you change the information on your website? Knowing you don't offer breakfast, I should have chosen another hotel.

Pros:

Stayed for 2 weeks and did not see a single bug. Staff was very helpful when needed. Beds were comfortable. TV was surprisingly nice. I expected SOMETHING to go wrong but nothing happened. Great spot if you are strapped for cash and are afraid to try what you can afford.

Cons:

Had some questionable neighbors 1 night of our stay but thats kind of expected with a 50$ room.
