Cons:

This place could have easily earned a 9-star rating, but why did it offer free breakfast when I booked, which wasn't actually provided, and it seems like it hasn't been like this for a long time? This is very disappointing. Why don't you change the information on your website? Knowing you don't offer breakfast, I should have chosen another hotel.

Pros:

Stayed for 2 weeks and did not see a single bug. Staff was very helpful when needed. Beds were comfortable. TV was surprisingly nice. I expected SOMETHING to go wrong but nothing happened. Great spot if you are strapped for cash and are afraid to try what you can afford.

Cons:

Had some questionable neighbors 1 night of our stay but thats kind of expected with a 50$ room.

The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

When I booked the room we were told that it included breakfast. When we pulled into the parking lot the sign stated free breakfast. When we checked in the staff told us that breakfast was no longer available. This was extremely inconvenient for all of us.

The staff member Burrow was very polite.

Cons:

Room had an odor and the vents all had thick dust on them. This immediately irritated not my child and I throats and we had to cancel our reservation and scramble to find last minute accommodations after an 11 hour drive.

When approaching the office there were guest staying above that were smoking marijuana outside above the entrance.. so, walking in with a child who even made a face at the odor is not professional. Even when walked into the office, the smell followed in..

Burrow was understanding and stated a full refund would not be a problem however when booking.com called the staff never answered, claimed no email was received, failed to communicate until escalated with booking.com and then refused a full refund.

Lesson learned.. I frequently travel to Ohio to visit family. Won’t stay at that establishment again and will not recommend.
