Pros:

Clean..microwave and fridge. Nice TV and bathroom area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Wifi worked great. There is plenty of places to eat within walking distance. They also have free coffee in lobby and some vending machines. Water in shower could have been hotter but looked like it was faucet issue as the water was nice and hot in the sink. Pleasant staff and swift check-in and check-out. Thank you!

Pros:

The staff were always polite. He did his best to accommodate me as quick as possible with a non-smoking room. The room was clean and quiet.

Cons:

The refrigerator and freezer kept freezing up and there was no ice machine on premises that worked. The bathtub stopper needed to be repaired. I wish there would have been a more comfortable chair in the room

I SINCERELY HATE THIS DAMN HOTEL 🏨

THE FACT THAT THEY ADVERTISE A SPA ROOM AND FONT EVEN HAVE THOSE SUITES ANYMORE AT ALL IN THEIR FACILITY AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY OFF MY CARD AND REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY

Roach motel anyone?

Cons:

Very run-down, dirty, unkept, in dire need of basic maintenance. I had to try at least ten times just to get the door handle to catch to get in the room. You could tell the door had previously been kicked in. Room smelled musty. Floors left my socks dirty, I'm glad I didn't walk barefoot. Glad I didn't sleep much. Could tell most "guests" lived there long-term. Would not recommend

I canceled the room due to the condition of the room so my day was maybe 10 minutes long
Pros:

The room had an odor. The curtains weren’t even on the curtain rod. It just really looked like it all just needed to be scrub down and disinfected.
