Stressful payment demands before arrival, unfriendly staff and a tired hotel.
Cons:

In many years of using Booking.com, this was the first hotel that required me to pay through a separate link after I had already supplied my credit card details when booking. My confirmation said the hotel could charge the prepayment at any time. Instead, I received an email demanding payment through an external link within 24 hours, with a threat to cancel my reservation otherwise. Having completed the booking and supplied my card, I had no reason to expect an urgent email requiring further action.

The hotel said it could not charge the card for the stay, yet subsequently threatened to apply a cancellation charge if I did not pay through the link. They never adequately explained how those two statements fitted together.

They also forwarded an internal reservation email containing a visible CVC value and asked for identity-document details by email. Combined with the deadline and cancellation threats, the communication looked sufficiently suspicious that I had to involve Booking.com support to verify it.

The payment ultimately turned out to be legitimate, but getting that reassurance took time and caused unnecessary stress. Once we arrived, the staff were unfriendly and the hotel felt tired and in need of refurbishment. A disappointing experience from booking through to the stay itself.

La experiencia que toda familia quiere al hospedarse en un hotel
Pros:

La atención del personal de limpieza muy simpática la chica y el chico de recepción muy atento y servicial, la habitación estaba impecable, y los amenities los disfrutamos muchísimo.

Cons:

Tal vez enriquecería un poco la oferta de desayuno en el bufet el espacio es muy agradable pero la comida es algo escasa

Habitación muy confortable. Camas muy cómodas y muy buen servicio de limpieza. El personal de recepción fue muy atento. Muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro para nosotros que nos gusta dar largos paseos. También cerca del metro. Nos pareció positivo el detalle del agua filtrada a disposición de los clientes en todo momento.

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, as was everything there. Our room was quiet and so clean. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a free water refill service that is so important during holidays or travel time.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. We can't say anything bad, and the neighbour was fantastic. Quiet, safe and with the metro so close you could easily visit the center in a short amount of time.
