Localización del hotel, trato del personal y las habitaciones muy bien

Muy buena atención del personal. La habitación limpia y bien dispuesta, pese al tamaño. El desayuno, sin tener la variedad de otros hoteles, muy rico y con distintas sorpresas cada día. Bonito el lobby y el espacio del comedor.

Everything was great as we had stayed there previously with the whole family, all 10 of us, so this was a return visit to Buenos Aires for my wife and I before the start of our cruise.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Tres Torres Atiram hotel for nine nights. We enjoyed the breakfast daily and very comfortable rooms.

The breakfast room staff was attentive to our gluten restrictions.

The rooms are basic with TV, phone, hairdryer, soap & shampoo, mini fridge, hot water and coffee makers. The rooms are very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. You can adjust the heat in the room, but I’m not sure if there is A/C in the summer.

Reception was very helpful, especially Guillermo and Abigail.

Although there’s a bus stop near the hotel entrance, we walked less than 5 minutes to the metro underground station.

We did hear a bit of noise from our rooms late on the Friday night due to a wedding party and baby crying. All other nights were quiet, and we were never awakened by any outside noise.

Thanks for making our visit to Barcelona delightful.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part for me was that the breakfast offered gluten free rolls and croissants as well as wonderful selections. The room was comfortable and very clean.

Excellent location! Super close to the metro and the room was spotless. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. I really appreciated the free water provided in the room.

Pulizia e gentilezza

We have really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived Monday 16 Feb and was met by a nice polite man on reception. He was able to answer a few questions We had about the surrounding areas and how to get to Barcelona centre. The other receptionists were also friendly and helpful. On entering our room we were hit with a beautiful smell of lemon. The room was extremely clean. Up there with cleanest we have stayed and we've been to many hotels. Lovely comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely. Really like the shower gels and toiletries provided. Lovely good quality towels. Our room was cleaned daily with towels changed. Not sure if they do this in busier times. It was really nice to come back to a freshly cleaned made up room. A special thank you to Housekeeping. The walls are a bit thin expect some banging of doors and moving around during the evening. This didn’t bother me as when staying in apartments and hotels its part of what happens. Unfortunately though we could hear loud talking from the room next door. At one point I thought they were right outside the door. I had to get up and check. The talking went on for a while. They did eventually quieten down and so I was able to get to sleep. We were out most of the two full days we were here. Didn’t try the food, we were room only. There is a lovely seating area outside the front of the hotel. I can imagine its really lovely in the warmer months. We really had a fantastic time in Barcelona. The Metro is just at the bottom of the street. Its good if you're out late and you get the Metro, its quick and safe to get back to the hotel. All in all we had a wonderful time in Barcelona and I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.
