Room was clean with good facilities, bed a bit hard.
Pros:

Good Location & value for money.

Cons:

Parking was a nightmare, never experienced such tight ramps, having a bigger car thought walls would scrape sides of car. Only found 1 car park for Hotel parking on 4th floor. All the rest were signed for Residents.

We loved the location
The beds were comfortable and the room was clean
Most of the staff were helpful
View from our room was lovely

Cons:

In room phone didn’t work so we couldn’t call reception. Missing supplies for example only 1 face washer and 1 blanket for 2 people and 2 single beds. No spoons and no milk for tea and coffee.

Disappointed
Pros:

Location and staff, we have stayed here multiple times before and have always enjoyed our stay here previously.

Cons:

Our room was not very good, the floors were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, for the money we paid we were expecting better especially since we have stayed here many times before and have always had an enjoyable stay and nice rooms, the bathroom had no power points and so I had to curl my hair in the bedroom PowerPoint using my phone as a mirror as there were no other mirrors in the room apart from the bathroom one. We were extremely disappointed with this one.

Has great potential but cleanliness let the place down.
Pros:

Staff were really nice. It was good to have a restaurant downstairs - the good was good there. Good location.

Cons:

The room needed a deep clean. It was dusty, grimey and smelled like greasy hair.

There was only a sheet on the bedand no blanket. The blankets in the cupboard were extremely dusty and smelled.

No snacks, wine etc to buy in the room.
