The staff was incredibly warm and genuinely friendly. I had three or four requests and they were able to take care of all of them!
Comfortable and convenient.
Not happy with the booking services.
a response to my wishes to cancel ahead of time.
Polite and responsive staff
Quite noisy rooms with poor sound isolation for both external and 8nternal noise.

I was not pleased that this hotel did not provide breakfast at the price of the hotel rate.
Blessedly quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was terrific.
Nighttime bartender would have been great
We enjoyed our stay and especially the proximity of Longwood Gardens. Everything about the hotel was pleasant - room clean and spacious with lots of plugs. The bed was comfortable and room was quiet. The breakfast was tasty and there was an ample selection; just don't expect your Hilton credit to cover the full cost. The only caution is for guests with mobility issues. The accessible rooms are at the far end of the hall. The room doors are quite heavy and I'm not sure a person traveling alone in a wheelchair would be able to manage them. Also, although the tub/shower combo had good grab bars, the tub floor was like glass and extremely slippery and there was no rubber mat. I'd definitely stay here again if in the area.
Clean. Location to Longwood gardens
Could use more towels in room. Back of hotel a little noisy because of highway
The room was so spacious including the bathroom. It was very clean and the staff were super nice. We loved having all the conveniences like a microwave even though we didn't use it. I loved the shampoo, conditioner and bodywash so much I bought it online when I got home. The beds and pillows are always the most comfortable I've experienced.
Overall it was a great stay. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. In fact, the entire hotel was spotless.
Upon checkin though it was clear the hotel is dealing with some staffing challenges. I arrived around 7 pm and there was no one in the lobby, no checkin agent, no bartender at the restaurant, just a sign saying they had stepped away. After about 10 minutes I knocked on the door to the office, no response, about 5 minutes later someone finally emerged from the office to check me in.
The next morning I asked for a 2 pm checkout so I could complete a work call and the hotel happily gave it to me which was very much appreciated.
Everyone I encountered was friendly and I would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.
The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice.
Road construction went on all night, therefore received very little sleep. The dining area was in the lobby where you check in/out which was awkward. We opted not to eat there. The so called complimentary bottles of water cost $3 each unless you were a Hilton member.
good
ALL OK
What a disappointment! Our first stay at a HGI was nice, refined, and comfortable, but our experience this week was like at a budget motel. The room had a nice mattress but no blanket on the bed or in the room--just a lumpy comforter in a polyester cover. Road noise awoke me at 5 a.m. and did not let up (rooms need insulated windows). There were dark hairs on the shower floor. The Zero bath products smelled nice. No shower cap available even at the front desk. There was an ice machine available on the floor, but the ice bucket lid didn't fit. Only a couple of paper cups in the room--no glassware. Convenient location for visiting Longwood Gardens, Kennett Square, and other Brandywine Valley sites.
