Consistently Outstanding Service
Pros:

We’ve stayed at The Clancy Hotel in San Francisco multiple times, and the service is consistently outstanding. That’s what keeps us coming back.

I especially want to give a shout-out to Nelson, the bellman, who always takes such great care of us, and Alex at the Front Desk, who truly goes above and beyond every single time. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail make all the difference.

This hotel is top notch — from the service to the overall experience. Highly recommend, and we’ll absolutely be back!

Terrible service. Draconian charges.
Pros:

Terrible experience locked out of my room because they couldn't verify a $100 dollar charge after erroneously charging valet charges to my room

great bed and pillows,

Cons:

Valet parking was a mess, people were waiting for over an hour just to get their car parked when we arrived. In the morning the wait was over 30 minute. Dark hallways and carpet make for a depressing stay.
