Posizione molto centrale, ti danno un buono da 20$ al giorno da spendere al bar per la colazione, per un drink o nel market interno. Purtroppo al bar già presto avevano finito tutte le opzioni.
Fortunatamente abbiamo consegnato la macchina appena arrivati a San Francisco, altrimenti il parcheggio sarebbe stato più di 90$ al giorno.
It was very clean and elegant!! Very welcoming as well. The beds were very comfortable!

OUTSTANDING facility! Easy walk to all the conference centers. Great restaurant and separate coffee shop/baked goods onsite. Hotel rooms are luxe/gorgeous with incredible rooms of the city! Most importantly though, the hotel staff and service was unbelievable. From finding out things to do in the area at check in, or the door man going out of his way to help me get floss(!)! Unfortunately, I had a personal medical emergency while there but Colleen and the security team came to my rescue and called 911 and took care of me until they brought the gurney up to my room and wheeled me out! That’s the kind of service I didn’t know I needed but am unbelievably grateful for. You can trust this crew for literally all your needs!! They’ll take care of you!!
I love how friendly the staff is when checking in after a long trip and how clean the hotel is. Also pretty cool they offer a $20 credit to any establishment they have there.
I wish they offered a free breakfast option but that’s nitpicking
I have never written a review but the stay was so amazing I felt I needed to share. From the second we arrived Jamel (I think that’s how you spell his name?) was friendly with our check-in. He was super accommodating and made my birthday trip extra special. Everytime we saw him from that point forward he made sure to say hello and chat about what’s up next in the itinerary and offer recommendations. The hotel is beautiful but the staff is truly what made our stay. My dad works for Marriott so I have stayed at many Marriott’s in my lifetime but this one takes the cake. I will definitely make a point to stay here again in the future! Thank you Jamel & Clancy staff!
I had a wonderful stay at The Clancy, Autograph Collection, in San Francisco. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were modern and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, making my visit both relaxing and memorable.

Attractive, large, hip, clean, bright, modern hotel w/ very friendly staff, unique common areas (both the lobby and patio), and quiet rooms. Also had an impressive gym, nice cafe in the lobby, and was an easy walk to everything downtown including the Embarcadero, BART, MUNI, and cable car.

My wife and I are just completing a short trip to The City. For several years, The Clancy has been our Go To hotel. The location is perfect for access to SOMA destinations, and just up the hill from Oracle Park. GO Giants, The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The facilities are well maintained, clean, and have a modern vibe. But, for us, what sets The Clancy apart from other hotels is the incredible staff. They are consistently welcoming, friendly, and take great pride in their job, and The Clancy.
This time, I want to provide a special shout out to two incredible staff members who work the bar lounge area. Regina and Luis, are very special individuals. If I owned a hotel I’d want to staff it with Regina and Luis clones. Not only are they clearly good at what they do, they also seem to enjoy it. Regina remembers not only customers names, but what they ordered before. She offers suggestions about menu items, and is efficient and engaging. Luis is very welcoming to customer entering the lounge space, friendly and accommodating. Last night I left my cell phone/ wallet combination on the table when we left after dinner. Not more than 5 minutes later, Luis called our room to inform me that he had found it and would hold onto it until i came down to retrieve it. He literally saved our trip.
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.
The most serious issue was a dangerous safety hazard in my room. There was a sharp metal piece protruding from the bathroom wall near the light switch. When I reached to turn on the light, I severely cut my finger. This wasn’t a minor cut. Part of my fingertip was sliced off because of the exposed metal. No guest should ever be injured simply by turning on a bathroom light.
The hotel’s response was extremely disappointing. Aside from offering a room upgrade, they did very little to help. They told me they would provide the phone number and email address for the department handling medical claims, but they never followed through despite promising to do so.
To make matters even worse, I checked in a bottle of tequila worth approximately $3,000 with the hotel’s luggage storage. The bottle was stored separately, not inside any luggage. After I left the hotel, I called to arrange pickup, only to be told that it was gone. The bottle disappeared while it was in the hotel’s custody. When I asked who had handled it, the hotel refused to identify the employees who had access to it or explain how such a valuable item could simply disappear.
A guest was seriously injured because of an unsafe room, the hotel failed to properly follow up afterward, and an expensive personal belonging disappeared while under the hotel’s care. These are not the standards anyone should expect from a hotel. I cannot recommend staying here.
The property was beautiful! We loved hanging out on the couches in the bar and watching the soccer game, such a cozy and welcoming environment! We ate at the restaurant, the coffee shop and bar… all were awesome! The hotel room was large and fully equipped!
I was disappointed with the couch, the room I selected had a sectional pictured but the room we received had only an armless couch with cushions that weren’t even the correct size for the couch. I was disappointed because my sons were visiting and I imagined hanging out in the room on the couch. I called the desk when we arrived to ask for a different room and they said they didn’t have anything else we could move to. That was disappointing :(
Close to stadium oracle
Valet parking. Took too long to get a valet and 2 hours to receive my vehicle. Unbelievable. If I can tell people not to book there I would.
