Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien conçues. La taille de l'hôtel en fait un lieu intime. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner, sans être exceptionnel, est très bon. La carte des mets déjeuners, snacks et dîners et leur qualité sont parfaites. Le tout servi sur une terrasse qui surplombe la promenade et la plage : le rêve !
L'accès direct à la plage par le spa est très pratique. La situation géographique est magnifique, sur la plage et au coeur de la baie!

Relaxamento e conforto
Pros:

É um hotel cinco estrelas que oferece um serviço cinco estrelas, simples assim.
De início, destaco a localização do hotel, que fica à beira mar. Aliás, aí vai uma dica de ouro, o Spa do hotel (sensacional, a propósito) dá acesso direto à praia. Então você não precisa alugar barraca ou cadeira para tomar um banho de mar, basta sair do Spa pela porta exclusiva do hotel. Muito conveniente.
Também destaco o atendimento profissional e atencioso dos funcionários. No dia da chegada fomos recebidos pelo Jonathan que cuidou do nosso carro (fiz reserva do estacionamento com antecedência) e providenciou uma reserva num restaurante próximo, sendo que chegamos em Saint-Jean próximo das 22:00.
O nosso quarto era o standard, confortável porém de dimensões reduzidas, especialmente o banheiro. Mas, era o quarto básico.
O bar do hotel fica de frente para o mar, portanto vale a pena tomar um aperitivo no pôr do sol.
Enfim, gostamos muito do hotel. Voltaremos com certeza.

Pros:

Un hôtel élégant et idéalement situé. Tout le personnel se montre particulièrement accueillant et aux petits soins. Mention spéciale pour la literie d'un grand confort et le spa, d'une esthétique remarquable, et qui offre un vrai moment de détente.

Cons:

Malgré des chambres à la superficie un peu modeste, notre séjour a été parfait du début à la fin.

Best hotel in Saint Jean de Luz
Pros:

Excellent stay here with the family. The staff are always the most important people to ensure a perfect stay. With this in mind, the staff in the restaurant were fabulous and Eva at reception was very welcoming and made a great host. She is a huge asset for the hotel.

Un endroit très privilégié !
Pros:

Piscines intérieures chaudes Jets d’eau puissants pour masser le dos 🤩 accès direct sur le sable sans traverser ni rien ni chemin Petit Déjeuner incroyable !

Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit schlechter PreisLeistung für die Zimmer
Pros:

Der Service ist excellent und das Personal zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Das Gebäude das Restaurant und der Spa Bereich sind traumhaft und 2026 frisch renoviert. Die Sitzgelegenheit dort extrem komfortabel und das Mobiliar qualitativ hochwertig und esthetisch.

Cons:

Für den hohen Preis erwartet man keine sehr guten sondern excellente Zimmer. Leider war die Duschkabine nicht dicht und wurde trotz Hinweis nicht repariert. An einer Stelle fehlte Putz. Das Zimmer war leicht abgewohnt und es wurde nicht jeden Tag gesaugt. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass das Hotel direkt am Strand und die Hotelregelungen das Sandproblem nicht im Griff bekommen. Z.b. Teppiche, Fahrstuhl und Flure waren immer leicht versandet, da die Gäste vom Strand durch den Spa und Speisesaal laufen dürfen.
