A return visit having last been here seven years ago. The hotel is in a super location right on the promenade and very convenient for walking around the town.
The staff are excellent with everyone very friendly and polite.
The rooms in truth could be better. Ours was almost comically small: does it really need such a large bed in a room this size? And it was looking tired. The furniture had scrapes and marks, not surprising perhaps if bags are being pushed past because it is small. Worse is that the bathroom (again very small) had water damage including where water persistently floods out onto the carpet. At the price charged this isn't really acceptable.
The hotel is closed over winter 2025/6 for some renovation works but my understanding is that this is external and the spa only so perhaps a missed opportunity for some room refreshment.
Having said that, we slept really well and it was a pleasure to be able to listen to the sea from the room. The shower was good and there are plenty of towels and good housekeeping.
Breakfast was excellent if pricey with a wide ranging buffet and some dishes cooked to order. And served by very welcoming staff.
We enjoyed cocktails on the terrace with again excellent staff.
The car parking service works very efficiently.
We very much enjoyed our stay but some attention is needed to keep the rooms looking special.
The location is excellent and you are able to walk directly from the hotel to the beach. The ocean view from our room was spectacular, but the room and bathroom were smaller than anticipated. the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The spa itself was a disappointment, too dark and too few lounging areas, but we understand it is being completely rebuilt and refurbished over the winter for reopening in the spring.

Para ser un hotel de 500€ la noche deja mucho que desear el servicio de recepción y en especial el restaurante en el servicio de comida y cena. El spa esta poco cuidado y el resto es ok. el desayuno es bueno, no se si para 35€ por persona pero esta bien.

We booked it last minute and got it at fantastic price. Wished we could stay longer. The location is superb, the facilities, service and easy access to the beach were top notch.
