Restaurant toujours efficace et gastronomique
Une attente trop grande : chambre disponible à 16h40, bien apres l'heure normale (sans rattrapage pour l'heure de départ par exemple), plus de 30 minutes d'attente pour la commande au bar... Pour patienter en attendant notre chambre, nous avons eu droit à une boisson. Appréciable mais nous n'étions pas les seuls a attendre les chambres donc un vrai souci et des détails qui manquent.
Nous sommes des habitués et c'est la 1ere fois que cela arrive.
Tout était conforme à mes attentes. L'accueil et le service à table avec certaines personnes étaient passables

Just near the beach, lovely building, charming staff.
Thoughtful attention to detail: towels for beach, chocolates, room staff excellent.
Good breakfast and had one evening meal, very good.
When we arrived we had an urgent need to get in our room and waited hours which was a great disappointment.
We had booked the room a full year in advance and had paid and confirmed our arrival time and the room was still not ready. When we finally got into the room the shower dripped loudly. Someone came to mend it, but sadly it dripped all week.
However the manager came to apologise and gave us a free breakfast which was kind and not expected.

Staff, rooms, view, location, cleanliness all excellent. This is a stylish and elegant hotel.
We had one dinner in the main dining room, which was somewhat disappointing in terms of rapport qualite/prix.
