L’emplacement exceptionnel, le confort de la chambre
Chambre "surclassée" exceptionnelle. Personnel amicalement dévoué. Emplacement de rêve.
La déco 21 siècle minimaliste qui détonne avec l'architecture 1890... et qui déjà vieillit mal.
La gentillesse des équipes leur authenticité le cadre la vue le spa et le restaurant du petit déjeuner au dîner
De ne pas pouvoir y rester plus longtemps

Absolument rien de significatif ou de rédhibitoire mais dans un souci d'amélioration permanente, quelques détails optimisables :
Opacité insuffisante (pas entièrement à 100%) de la fenêtre de la salle de bains -
Quelques (2 ou 3) tâches jaunâtres (ou rayures ? ou décolorations ?) sur le fond de la baignoire -
Mécanique eau chaude/eau froide imparfaite (difficile d'avoir 100% d'eau froide) -

El hotel no tiene mucho negativo que comentar. Quizá el precio del desayuno algo elevado (35€) para lo que es.
Tout très bien absolument rien a redire , sauf peut être l'espace toilettes trop petit et exigeant un peu de gymnastique

The location was tremendous. The food was superb. The staff were generally helpful and engaging. There was a small amount of arrogance but overall excellent.
The shower tended to soak the entire bathroom floor.i think its a bit of a design flaw, but a very minor issue
Una experiencia espectacular de principio a fin. El hotel es majestuoso, con la elegancia y el encanto de un verdadero palacio frente al mar. Las habitaciones están nuevas, son muy cómodas y cuentan con un precioso baño y un balcón con una vista impresionante. El spa y el circuito de talasoterapia son simplemente increíbles y valen completamente la experiencia. Además, la ubicación es perfecta para recorrer Saint-Jean-de-Luz caminando. Sin duda, volveríamos.
No tenemos nada negativo que mencionar. Todo estuvo a la altura de un hotel de esta categoría y disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía.

Hung around for. 2 hours to get room got into room at 4.30 tried to book a table for dinner and were told they did not have a table available not good enough after spending 500€ for room with no breakfast we were very disappointed as it was first time there would we go back .?
The most beautiful place and people. The spa here made me feel like a princess. How lovely to go from the sauna, steam room or lap pool (with built in standing jacuzzi!?!) straight out to the sandy beach, into the ocean and back! +++++
