Fabulous location good value for money.
Pros:

Room was a tiny bit tight on space but it was described as a “small” double room so I suppose true to description.
Breakfast was excellent.

Good price and great location
Pros:

Location was ideal. Staff were efficient and approachable. The room was very clean. The cost of the room was surprisingly cheap for 2 nights. Best to book ahead as far as possible.

Cons:

Basic hotel. The room was very hot and had no air conditioning, but a fan is supplied.

Two Nights in Bayswater.
Pros:

Excellent Breakfast (Continental). Nice little Bar. Great location and really nice staff. Very Clean and although there is no A/C you can open the window a little and the fan supplied did actually do a good job and was quiet enough to sleep with. Tea/Coffee tray was a nice touch. Excellent pressure in shower and nice fluffy towels.

Cons:

We were only given shampoo and soap, no body wash shower gel.

Enjoyable stay as Hotel conveniently located and clean room
Pros:

Location is brilliant very easy access to tube and an M&S Foodhall. The room was clean and a fan provided in room which was appreciated the room also had tea or coffee making facilities and biscuits the breakfast was ok tho note only continental provided with booking which was fine.

Cons:

Small lift means you have to wait quite a while if on top floors especially at breakfast times so if need to head out for a certain time factor in an extra 15 minutes. Also in bathroom just shampoo provided not conditioner.
