A place I would return to
Pros:

It's a nice and clean business-style hotel. I like the understated and calm decor of the place, and facilities are comfortable. The location of the place is very convenient as well - especially so if you need to be in Kensington/Notting Hill Area, but there are two underground station close-by on two different lines, so getting anywhere in central London shouldn't take more than half an hour. I was staying here a second time and purposely chose to return.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about really.

Wir hatten 4 wunderbare Tage in London, das Phoenix Hotel war der perfekte Ausgangpunkt.
Pros:

Tolle Gegend, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Man kann die Fenster nur einen Spalt öffnen, weswegen es nachts etwas zu warum wurde.

Pros:

駅に近くて移動や観光にとても便利でした。1月のシーズンオフだったので値段もドミトリーレベルに低く、お得感がありました。広々ではありませんが、窓も大きく圧迫感はありません。ロンドン市内では高級ホテルでも無い限りもっと狭いお部屋も多いので、逆に広いとさえ感じました。
シャワーは安定して温かいお湯が出ます。
朝食はマーマイトやウィータビクス(シリアル)、チェダーチーズなどのイギリス独特の食材を楽しめました。
冷蔵庫は必要なら前もって伝えておくことによってお部屋に無料で用意してくれます。余分な毛布も付けてくれたのでありがたかったです。
古い建物ですが、旧建築のクラシックな雰囲気がロンドンらしくて素敵でした。

I have stayed here on five occasions. I return because the hotel is excellent value for money.
Pros:

Fantastic location in a great area of London. Bayswater has everything you need. The hotel is peaceful and relaxing.

Cons:

Breakfast is great except the long-life milk in the coffee machine. Could skimmed milk be provided on the side?

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral, ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebungen und trotzdem ganz ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Es gab viele Steckdosen und einen guten Föhn. Das kontinentale Frühstück war für Londoner Verhältnisse sehr gut.

Cons:

Es gab keine Ablage am Bett und auch im Bad wären mehr Ablageflächen gut gewesen. Die Bettdecke war ziemlich dünn für die kalten Nächte. Es dauerte sehr lange, bis das Wasser in der Dusche warm wurde.

Muy limpio y la cama cómoda.
La presión de la ducha perfecta, el desayuno completo, el personal muy amable y perfecta ubicación. Con dos paradas de metro muy cerca. Buena conexión con el aeropuerto. Recomendable 100%

Generelt et tilfredsstillende opholdt på et godt hotel med god beliggenhed og god morgenmad.
Pros:

God beliggenhed tæt på busstoppested og to undergrundsstationer. God morgenmad med et stort udvalg. Meget venligt personale. God pris.

Cons:

Vi bestilte tre værelser til samme pris, og der var stor forskel på de tre værelser.
En af madrasserne kunne også trænge til at blive udskiftet.

Visit London!
Pros:

Ottima posizione per poter visitare Londra. Camera pulita e confortevole. Buona Colazione a cui mancano solo gli yogurt confezionati: per il resto colazione varia e gustosa. Altra nota positiva la gentilezza dello staff.
