Great stay in a really nice hotel
Pros:

Clean, tidy and well apportioned.

Cons:

The lift - only has a small capacity so is a nightmare at peak times (I.e. breakfast). I believe there are stairs but we couldn’t find them and I am disabled so would’ve been difficult. The entrance could be doing with a handrail - I had to use the railings to support getting up. Other than that it’s great.

A really enjoyable experience.
Pros:

The location and a window.

Cons:

The rexecutive doublr room was small and not functional. Door opened into small bathroom, had to step around door and toilet roll holder was in the way, shower over bath very dangerous and slippery bad , accident waiting to happen. Desk and one chair blocking access around the bed. Curtains on window old and discoloured and ripped, need replacing. The bathroom had a ceiling fan vent which ran blowing hot air constantly with no control to turn it off. Stifling hot in bedroom at night with only a cheap blow fan of no use. The day before we left, a new air blower was put in the room which was an inprovement. Staff at reception not friendly nor helpful.

Ótimo, mas sem estrutura para o calor!
Pros:

Cama confortável, muito bom! Localização próxima de estação de trem, mercados e restaurantes !!!
Funcionários maravilhosos, nos permitiram tomar café antes do horário pois teríamos que pegar um trem em seguida!

Cons:

Pegamos um calor em Londres e o hotel não está preparado para isso, não tem ar condicionado…
Felizmente os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos e nos deram 3 ventiladores para suportar o calor!

Hotel molto carino e rinnovato, vicino alle fermate di Bayswater e Queensway, comode per raggiungere tutte le destinazioni principali della città. Ottima colazione, presenti opzioni sia dolci che salate. Camera grande con tutto il necessario, con piccolo soppalco per il terzo letto.

Cons:

Temperatura decisamente troppo calda nelle stanze, assenza di aria condizionata. In camera c'erano due ventilatori ma durante l'ondata di caldo di fine maggio facevano quel che potevano. Del resto tutto bene!
