Clean and basic
Pros:

The location was where I needed it to be. The facilities were adequate, but dated. The room was clean and comfortable for me. I believe there were lots of construction workers staying there, but it was really very quiet.

Cons:

I had trouble turning on the TV and had to ask the desk for help. It was a simple fix, but written instructions would have helped. There was no written information about any of the amenities.

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

We found drug paraphernalia in the bathroom upon check-in. Had no hot water, so switched rooms. Then the entire hotel lost all water completely. Even in a non smoking room, the hallways and elevator reeked of smoke and dinginess. There was also no breakfast served when a continental breakfast is advertised. The dining room and kitchen were locked shut. Even one of the mattresses in our room was broken. Sure, it was a decent price for Williamsburg, but I will gladly pay more to not see roaches, and deal with what we dealt with.
