Everything. They lie about so much.. there is NO BREAKFAST as stated.. the hotel employees are so rude. They only gave us 2 towels for 4 people. Incall booking.com to get my money back right away to stay somewhere else and they didnt help. They said they are not responsible for the hotels that are on their site as far as all the false advertisement there was nothing they would.do.

Pedimos habitación para no fumadores, fui con mis hijas y todo el pasillo olía a cigarrillo y matihuana. La televisión estaba vieja con la pantalla dañada se serían rayas color blancas, lo cual es cuando ya el aparato pronto morirá. El teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba, quise llamar y no tenía línea, tuve que llamar por mi celular a front desk. Que pasaría si tienes una emergencia? El aire acondicionado funcionaba pero el sonido del aparato era fuerte que era imposible dormir con el ensendido y estábamos en verano.

The beds need to be upgraded

I didn't like that it said breakfast and all they had was muffins and breakfast bars

It was the worst experience of my life. Not the cheapest in the area by any means and everything was broken. We had to be switched rooms first 2 hours and we weren’t the only ones. Pool didn’t work so it was closed. Hot tub was junk. The big thing was free breakfast and they literally had the same crusty muffins all week long in this glass case and brought a bucket of apples. Literally a plastic bucket of apples. The coffee didn’t work til Sunday morning when we left. It was very rough crowd no security and the staff couldn’t be bothered were no help and evidently you don’t have phones in the rooms anymore to call front desk and if you call from cell they don’t want to be bothered. Overall 0 out of 10 and that’s because there isn’t a negative option

I reserved a room 2 weeks before I got there, when i got to my room either it hadn't been cleaned or someone was still there, the upgrade was a hot tube which didn't do anything for me

The guy was rude and not very informing.
Finally get to room, but the whole building smelt like marijuana, even in the non smoking rooms. I reserved 2 rooms we had 3 guests and mine and my husband king room non smoking had smoke burns from cigarette on the hot tub in room, the shower had a dirty wash cloth above the shower head. The bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning has never been dusted or wiped down. Smelt like mildew. Definitely will not be staying there again.

The second time the room was very dirty and it stunk even though it is a smoking room. It smelled very bad and the air conditioner was making horrible noises and we saw two cockroaches.

It was very old and run down dirty not well kept and there were people smoking weed and doing drugs in the hotel and parking lot

My room did not cool down. At all. I had the cold air at max and the room didn’t get cool. I chose a spa tub room. I was took myself out of town after a series of stressful events at home. The jets in the tub didn’t work, which ok fine. I had to take a cold shower in the middle of the night to cool off. It was miserable. I didn’t say anything to the staff because it had already been a bad day so I just wanted to relax

The entire place smelled like weed, our first non smoking room smelled like smoke, and the tv didn't work. Our second room smelled better, had to get the TV fixed, also the second room didn't have a fridge or microwave. The phone didn't work in either room. This run down place was probably great 20-30 years ago. It was clean----ish and decent.

We did not stay. I booked two nonsmoking rooms but upon checking in and going up to the rooms we discovered they were smoking rooms. I went back to the check-in desk to get non-smoking rooms and was told there were none left. We checked out then and did not stay. We were also not given a refund by booking.com. very poor service from booking.com and Howard Johnson.
