Location to busch gardens / williamsburg was about 15 minutes. Rooms were clean. Facility is dated needs updating. Its stuck in the 70's. ....phone in the room didnt work and hair dryer didnt work.
It was quiet, first impression walking into lobby I was unsure of what we booked, but it was one night and the room and bathroom was clean. One night is fine not for an extended stay. The old saying is true you get what you pay for. It was a place to lay our head for the night and shower in the morning.

Cons:

Facility needs some updating and you clearly tell people "live" there.

Not worth your families time. The roaches, musty smell of furniture and weed throughout common area

Cons:

When we got there, they had already given up our room and the only solution offered was a room with no working AC. After an accident on the freeway, all we wanted was to go to sleep and were left to find last minute accommodations.

No refund given for no property damage

When booking it was written that I would be refunded $150 property damage fee and I never received that back and definitely would have never booked a room knowing that!
