Très déçue par le manque de compréhension et de souplesse de cet hôtel.

J’avais fait une erreur de date sur ma réservation après un très long voyage, et j’ai contacté l’établissement rapidement pour demander simplement un changement de dates. Ma demande a été refusée sans réelle volonté d’aider ou de chercher une solution.

J’ai ensuite demandé à parler au manager, mais on m’a répondu qu’il n’était pas là ce jour-là. J’ai donc essayé de trouver au moins une alternative en demandant s’il était possible de faire un check-in un peu plus tôt que 15h, étant donné ma situation et ma fatigue liée au voyage. Là encore, on m’a répondu que ce n’était pas possible, sans aucune considération, si ce n’est me dire que je pouvais laisser mes bagages.

Honnêtement, après un long trajet, entendre uniquement “non” à chaque demande, sans compassion ni effort commercial, est très frustrant. Je peux comprendre qu’il y ait des règles, mais dans l’hôtellerie, un minimum d’empathie et de sens du service devrait exister, surtout dans des situations humaines comme celle-ci.

Je garde surtout l’impression d’avoir eu affaire à un établissement rigide, peu compréhensif et peu soucieux de l’expérience client.
