Etablissement confortable et pratique
Pros:

Sa situation très pratiques (face a la gare ferroviaire) et centrale (à 5mn du centre historique à pied). La chambre très confortable et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner excellent (même si un peu cher). Le parking disponible derrière l’hôtel.

Cons:

Les travaux bruyants (un chantier est en cours derrière l’hôtel…).

Leider eine große Enttäuschung
Pros:

Ein schönes Hotel mit großem Komfort - leider nicht so sehr für uns. Im gesamten Stockwerk unseres gebuchten Zimmers war die Klimaanlage ausgefallen, und das bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur. Kann natürlich mal passieren, dass einen die Technik verlässt, aber wir wurden über diesen Umstand nicht informiert und durften es dann um 22 Uhr selbst feststellen. Mit Hund und Kind im überhitzten 5. Stock ein besonders großer Spaß.

Cons:

Auch wenn das Personal irgendwie versucht hat, dieses Versäumnis wieder gut zu machen, war dieser Wochenendtrip für uns gelaufen. Das Ersatzzimmer, das wir in der 2. Nacht bekommen haben, war zwar komfortabler und dort funktionierte alles, aber es war dafür auch teurer. Da konnte das Frühstück aufs Haus auch nichts mehr Wett machen, leider. Zumal das proaktiv von uns eingefordert werden musste. Wir waren auch nicht die einzigen Gäste, denen es so ging und das ist meiner Meinung nach schon ein ziemliches Versagen von Seiten eines so feinen Hotels.

Pros:

Zimmer, Bett, Klimatisierung, alles war Top, wir haben das Frühstücksbuffet bis 12:00 Uhr am Sonntag morgen gefeiert :-)) auch wegen der sehr guten Auswahl, das Brot war eine Sensation.

Pros:

Nettes Personal, Lage am Bahnhof, Innenstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Zimmer war klein, aber okay. Alles war sauber.

Cons:

Teppich ist leider überall, finden wir bei Hotels immer eher unpassend hinsichtlich Reinigung. Preis für das Zimmer war sportlich. Betten waren Recht weich.
