Room was lovely, clean and big! Bed was huge but comfy!
We were on 1st floor at front of hotel so noisy at night! Miss the kettle to make your own coffee or tea but there was a mini bar!

The hotel’s location is excellent and definitely its strongest point. It is very convenient and close to everything you might need.
On a positive note, I would like to highlight the gentleman who assisted with arranging a taxi, as well as the bellboys, who were helpful and professional. Overall, aside from the great location and a few helpful staff members, the hotel did not meet expectations.
The rooms are spacious, which is a plus, but unfortunately they lack a good view. The furniture feels outdated and in need of renovation, and the carpet did not appear clean or hygienic, which affected the overall comfort.
Breakfast was quite basic, offering only the most elementary items, and lacking both taste and quality. Even boiled eggs were only available upon request. The breakfast staff were not very welcoming and came across as cold, which made the experience less enjoyable
