Great stay
Pros:

This was the first best western I’ve ever stayed at that was as clean as this was, the room, bathroom everything was exceptionally clean, the hallways, the breakfast area ect. Very very impressed

The staff was very accommodating, my flights kept changing. Enjoyed my stay & will be back.
Pros:

The bed was amazing, best nights sleep in a long time. Room was nicely laid out. The pool area was clean and lots of towels were available.

Cons:

The hot tub was gone.

Immediately when we walked in the door there was rat poison on the floor which should have been a sign for us to leave. The whole place was dirty. There was black mold in our bathroom and on the wall by the air conditioner. When we told the man at the front desk that we wanted to check out early he told us that we couldn’t and said too bad.

The breakfast was fine. The room as small, the mattress was dipped in like it was very old, the refrigerator smelled musky and the strip between the carpet and tile was gone and nails were sticking out.
