Near airport and near trail run course.
Pros:

Staffs and location. I run in the morning a nice trais neare hotel. Thare are runners like myself.

Staying at the Airport Best Western solved a problem that had arisen that day, so I was relieved.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

Cons:

It would have been better if I'd had a specific instruction to phone for the airport shuttle when I needed it. I'm not used to staying at this type of facility, and provided my flight info, but the shuttle didn't arrive. Instead I received a misleading message, and so didn't phone for the shuttle for 45 minutes or so. it was ight time, and I was alone.
Breakfast was not up to standard I'd expect. Bathroom could have done with upgrade.

Prob won’t stay again
Pros:

The guy checking me in was amazing. Everything after was downhill.

Cons:

Carpet was musty and sticky I had to wear shoes even in pajamas. Toilet ran all night. Neighbors were loud through 2 am. Breakfast was gross, little options, and coffee was empty before 7. Front desk and van driver were great.

Short comfortable stay - Highly recommend for quick snooze after landing at Knoxville before hitting Smokey mountains

Check out morning the lady was great and very nice , great way to start our cruise vacation !

Cons:

Check in the gentleman was rude and I use that term gentleman lightly , I try to be nice too everyone but he was pushing peoples limits … not just mine
