It was easy to find and close to the highway, it was older but staff obviously take good care of facilities and were incredibly nice and helpful :)
It was on the older side but in no way dirty or unkept
The assistant manager was amazing. When we checked into the first room it had a terrible odor. The manager, Becky I believe, was great at getting us into a different better smelling room.
The breakfast was not anywhere near what I had expected. Most hotel continental breakfasts I have had include at least something warm like a waffle or eggs and breakfast meat. This one was very disappointing.
Thought was going to be a great clean hotel not roaches not 1 but 2 roaches were killed we never complained what’s the use I’m sure roaches were everywhere
The room lay outs
Some staff was very on professional an rude.
I did not stay at this hotel. They canceled my reservation before I even got there. The representative or front Desk clerk. That I talked to 2 days in a row named Bobby. Joe has the worst attitude to be working in customer service.
Comfortable bed, no noise from other guests, good sized room with necessities. Extra towels were provided upon request. I was also loaned a phone cord when I forgot mine which was greatly appreciated.
IMHO one of the employees at the desk could definitely benefit from some management hotel operations training. The other employee was very kind, welcoming and generous which is what I would hope for in a Hilton representative. Additionally the breakfast is bare-bones. No cooked eggs and meat, or a waffle maker which is pretty much standard in hotels these days (yes, I know because we stay in them nearly weekly). We opted for the McDonald's next door on our way to work so that should say something about the breakfast offered.
I like coming there for a few days . Only thing is we i didn't have towels or anything in our room had to go yo front desk to get everything. But other than that I enjoy going there.
Fine hotel.
Breakfast a bit too basic.
Easy location ,quiet on the 4th floor.
Had to ask for a ice bucket. No hot tub. Breakfast was cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt ,muffins and toast. You could make your own oatmeal if you wanted. No hot food was offered.
#1 & #2 Reasons I'll be a return customer:
- Bobby Jo
- Matt
* They were so kind to me.. Bobby Jo when I checked in and Matt when I checked out. Above and beyond... WITHOUT being asked. They took the initiative to make sure I was taken care of. I travel A LOT and its more rare than not these days to be SEEN in this way. I'm grateful!
The little convenience store was low on supplies, but that's not a bad thing. I'm nit-picking here because I literally liked most things about my stay there.
Staff were extremely friendly and always willing to go above and beyond
Nithing
Staff was helpful, room clean and comfortable, breakfast good
A bit expensive for this category of hotel, but it was a summer weekend, and hotel prices of all categories of hotel seemed high; internet connection seemed to drop often.
