thought the hotel had a tired look to it. ie carpet in hallway, bathtub, suprise 25.00 incidental fee, brkfst was ok, but lacked a place for used plates and cups, tops of lamps in coffee area were extremely dusty. to me that shows a lack of attention to detail. staff was friendly outiside area by tables and such was extremely dirty.

Terrible experience
I booked through booking.com which I will never use again also and when we arrived later in the evening, we paid cash and the attendant told us there was a $25 cash deposit required for incidentals. We did think it odd that they asked for it but it was late and when we went to the room in the morning, we checked out asked for $25 back. They said they did not take cash even though they had a cash drawer and they would not give us the $25 back they said corporate would send it. It’s a month later and obviously we did not get any money back from corporate. The area is sketchy. There is a gazebo that homeless people live in straight across the parking lot too much activity that didn’t look suitable for any family to be around. The staff was rude and not capable of managing or communicating

I wouldn’t choose to stay again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.
The young man working the desk was very personable. Very polite.

Cons:

The pool was filthy the floor was full of algae. My friends room had roaches and she had to leave in middle of the night.
The rooms smelled horribly of mildew. We had 4 rooms and each smelled the same. They need to get rid of the dark carpet in each room. My feet were black from walking on it. We did not get towels put in our rooms for next day. There were people digging through garbage throughout the time we were there right out in the front of entrance. We had breakfast both mornings and man going through garbage each time. Seems like homeless/ drug attacks come in and out- atleast while I was at breakfast both days and when I arrived .
