Lovely people and I will be back to stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome. The staff is very nice and helped us with anything we asked for. I must say the new management is wonderful people and thats why we started going back there. The people who had it last was rude and the rooms weren't cleaned very well. 100 turn around with the new people.

Simple and easy.
Pros:

I needed a crib in my room. I called ahead and there was on there when I got to my room.

Cons:

Our room overlooked the main entrance car port and our room AC didn’t cool the room down as much as we liked.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and not to far to drive to the beach. It was close to a grocery store, restaurants, gift shops, etc..

Cons:

Breakfast was only served to 9:30am. I would have liked a late breakfast. The air in the upstairs area and room felt very damp. The nightstand had mold on the whole bottom portion. It looked like someone spilled something down the side of the bed skirt and on the floor and it hadn't been cleaned or changed and it started to mold. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of order.

I had a wonderful stay!
Pros:

Much cheaper than beachfront, yet very close. It took only 15 minutes to get to the beach and literally right over the bridge.

If you don't care about being right on the ocean, it's super affordable, friendly staff, a super clean room and didn't smell! I also slept great! The king bed was really comfortable. The only thing that I would say, could be improved is the continental breakfast. It is mostly grab and go items, cereal, muffins, yogurt, Belgian waffles. Never had an option for eggs or any meat. Thankfully, we were super close to some restaurants and a grocery store. Overall, I would say my stay was terriffic and I would definitely come back and stay again!

Cons:

Pet friendly room, I had the expectation that other pet parents would be more responsible. Our room smelled so badly of dog, bedding had pee stains all over them and the cracks of the floors were stained yellow where multiple pee stains have happened which made us feel the floor hadn’t been mopped good so we kept shoes on. Yes I brought my dog (dachshund), however he is 100% potty trained so it’s disappointing staying in a room where there are stains all over the place ESPECIALLY the bedding…..this room was not worth the price. Had I known the room looked that way I would’ve booked somewhere else.
