Enjoyable and felt safe.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Hotel was exceptionally clean in every area! The staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Need larger or more wastebaskets in the rooms: especially when housekeeping is every other day.
It would be nice to have glasses in the room rather than paper cups

Damon and Dierdre were awesome for helping us. Great atmosphere!
Pros:

I really liked the location of the Hilton. The fact it was on the main strip of the highway were it was easy to find different places even restaurants in walking distance. The staff was very friendly. Our shower would not let water go down. Damon who was not the maintenance guy came in and fixed it for us.

Cons:

The pool should maybe have a net over it to keep the leaves from falling in it. Maybe some updated bathrooms.

Hillton Garden Inn, the earthly heaven in Eswatini
Pros:

Firstly, the furnishings and whole architecture is giving some British vibes in it. Also, the cleanliness and sound proof rooms is on another level as it brings a very conducive environment for one to rest or work in peace. Furthermore, the professionalism of the staff from the moment you check in to the room service staff and dinning room staff etc is just exceptional and unbelievable. Furthermore, the location of the hotel, being in the city center is so convenient. The gym facilities and the pool facilities is an amazing feature that is the icing on the cake.
Our waitress for the first night, Tema, was just so calm and kind, my babies were so impressed. She set the tone for the duration of our stay as everyone was exceptional.

Nice and easy
Pros:

I have stayed here two years in a row for PSSCA, and I appreciate the renovations. The staff was nice. Parking was easy. I liked the new rugs. The shower and the space were clean.

Cons:

I wish breakfast were included in the cost of the stay.
