Location and cleanliness

Cons:

I specifically requested a quiet room, but unfortunately I was given a very noisy one with extremely poor soundproofing. I could hear water running through the pipes, the cleaning staff talking on speakerphone, and my neighbors opening and closing their door. The room also had no view at all, as the window faced an empty interior space inside the hotel. Overall, this was definitely not good value for money and far from the relaxing stay I expected.

Hôtel très bien placé malheureusement peu soucieux d'économiser l'eau
Pros:

taille chambre, propreté salle de bain

Cons:

pas de mise en œuvre de la protection de l'environnement, malgré l'affichage dans la salle de bain: les femmes de ménage ont changé tous les jours toutes les serviettes alors qu'elles étaient suspendues pour être ré-utilisées. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception et rien n' a changé. Que dire du changement des draps? Pourquoi l'hôtel ne proposet-il pas de ne pas changer les draps durant le séjour ? Les personnes à l'accueil, charmantes d'ailleurs, ne semblent absolument pas concernées par la question.

A very enjoyable stay in a great location for sightseeing.
Pros:

Great location. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Good security. Quiet room as requested.

Cons:

Would have liked to use air conditioning as it didn’t seem to work but we didn’t ask at desk.

Hotel nie jest idealny ale polecam turystom chcącym zobaczyć Barcelonę
Pros:

Lokalizacja idealna by zobaczyć miasto i pieszo i metrem. Fajny pomysł z tarasem na dachu.

Cons:

Śniadania mocno monotonne i mały wybór.
Zabrakło mleka (owsianego) i nie zostało doniesione.

L’hôtel est bien situé et le personnel de l’accueil est bien. Mais le bruit est insupportable

La situation géographique, proximité de commerce et promenade.
Gentillesse et accueil du personnel de l’accueil et réception.

Cons:

Le bruit, des 6 hr du matin le bruit dans les couloirs. Les personnes de ménage discutent dans les couloirs et claquent les portes et l’aspirateur dans le couloir dès le matin serait peut être à revoir. On entend les douches, toilettes et discussions de la chambre d’à côté. Ce n’est pas du tout reposant.

Barcelona stay

We were given a room with a view to city road. It was a bit noisy for us, but the staff reallocate another room that was much quieter.
