We stayed here 3 nights 1 - 4 June 2026. Check-in was friendly and efficient and our room was ready, just after midday.
Last time I stayed here I was given a horrible room with a blacked out window. This time we had a view, not a nice view, but a view nonetheless. An added bonus was seeing the spires of La Sagrada Família through the aerials! The room was quite large, with a desk and chair, an easy chair, wardrobe with ample hangers and lots of shelf space, and a side board with small TV. The air con was fierce! You really had to be heavy handed pressing the safe buttons in order for them to work. The bed was actually two beds pushed together and one of them only had three legs! The water in the sink didn’t drain away, but was quickly fixed by maintenance. There were no USB or C ports, which is unforgivable in this day and age. WiFi was easy to connect to and fast enough. The bed got fixed on the second day. There was a bottle of drinking water provided, that we assumed would be replaced or replenished daily. It wasn’t.
The shower was hot enough. The water in the sink was also hot enough to wet shave in and the water didn’t seep away. The sink plug knob was missing which made it difficult to lower and raise it. Because of lack of seepage in the sink, I was able to clean my lenses safely, a rarity in hotels, these days. The shower mat was ridiculously small.
We both slept well. What more can I say?
Breakfast was what you’d expect, but as well as juice, there was a bottle of fizz, so you could make Bucks Fizz. The coffee machine was self serve and I had a cappuccino which was extremely sweet. It turns out that they put chocolate powder in it. You have to stick with caffe con leche instead. Even that tasted sweet to me. Water and free coffee was available in the lobby.
Would I stay here again? Probably not, great location by the Metro, but too many small niggles.
The approach was easy and it was very convenient to catch a bus or find good food. Rooftop view was amazing
The staff was not very welcoming. We were given only one keep per room despite being a family of four people, and despite requesting. Also, the cleaning staff tended to remove the key from the door entrance electricity socket, leaving my electronics discharged by the time we came back in the evening.

We enjoyed this hotel. Minor hiccup with WiFi but management was more than accommodating! The hotel has a subway stop at the corner and easy walk to dining and attractions. The rooms at front of building will hear nice from street. Ask for a room off street.

The rooftop pool had a sea view which was incredible.
They repeatedly did not put away the spare bed, so I gave up asking after the third time. The water took 15 minutes to become warm and the staff were so patronising when I raised it. I wasn’t the only one. Others raised it as well, while others’ rooms got hot water immediately. The room was tired with things being loose or falling off.
