Not my first time to stay, the staff normally was good the guy at night shift was so kind and helpful. But someone from day shift they were very slow. When i asked for a copy of the key since i forgot my card in the room i think the front desk manager or supervisor made me wait and i see her she just sit at the back while i’m waiting and need to go to the room immediately. I asked her to please make it faster for the copy of the key and instead of making the copy she said we will give you just wait. Very unprofessional.

El check in ... no solo tuvimos que esperar bastante rato (falta personal?) si no hubo que registrarse con un QR, rellenar formularios en el mobil y escanear el DNI. No me ha pasado jamás, pero menos aun en un hotel de 4 estrellas. No fue nada aceptable y esa política de registro habría que cambiarla. Las habitaciones grandes, pero mal aprovechados y muy simples y a mi parecer oscuras.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner bon et copieux, horaires larges pour pouvoir le prendre, confort et propreté de la chambre, personnel aimable et serviable, hôtel à proximité du métro.

Cons:

Boulevard bruyant, ce n’est pas le meilleur quartier de Barcelone.

Pros:

Muhteşem bir oteldi, imkanlar çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve iyimserlerdi. Ücretsiz çay kahve ve su vardı girişte. Çok güzel bir otel, hemen önünde metro yanında 24 saat açık market var. Bir daha gelsem yine kalırım.

Pros:

Rengøring af værelset hver dag var virkelig lækkert. Personalet var søde og meget hjælpsomme. Dejlig stor seng som var OK at sove i.

Cons:

Der var virkelig meget støj fra vejen, hvorfor vi ikke kunne have vinduet åbent. Der var også meget lyt fra gangen (vi boede ved elevatoren) og de andre værelser.
Lidt irriterende med en dobbelt dyne, hvor der ikke var et ordentlig sengebetræk til, men det i stedet var 2 lagener, der var kommet udover.
Jeg havde booket et superior værelse, hvor jeg på billederne kunne se, at der var en sofa/stole afdeling. Dette var der ikke i vores rum.
